A family-oriented hotel with amenities for all ages. One of the best hotels I have stayed. Excellent staff, great breakfast and cleaned pool. The pool was cleaned and treated daily.

Great stay if you’re budget conscious. Pool area is beautiful and staff was friendly. Excellent location short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our apartment could have been cleaner and better equipped but it was fine for a few days.

Rooms were quiet but made of stone which blocks the wifi signal. All guests have to be present on arrival which was not disclosed before booking a non refundable reservation. Lots of children in the pool and jacuzzi so I never could use it.

We arrived approximately one hour prior to the scheduled check in time. The staff at the front desk were courteous and spoke to us in English as our Spanish is far from good. The staff let us know that our room was ready and then walked us to our room and opened the door for us. The pool was amazingly warm and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff serving were very nice and prompt. The rooms were well taken care of. We were even treated to visits from Iguanas and Macaws. My wife and I would stay in this location again.

Room was clean. The staff always brought us plenty of clean towels.

Good location and close to everything. The pool is nice and very clean. The breakfast is amazing and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

I liked the free breakfast, the lobby and restaurant staff. The bathroom wasn't too clean, with mold around the edges. The tables in room had sticky bottle and glass marks from previous stays. No coffee or sugar in room even though they has a coffee maker. The rooms have the A/C off until the guest get to room and turn it on. It was super hot for at leat an hour. Not a good experience

This hotel was not as expected. The photos posted by the hotel and on booking websites are a bit deceiving. While the downstairs rooms with kitchens looked ok through the windows, the room I was in upstairs had mold on the ceiling and looked like it had seen better days (one fluorescent lightbulb in corner of the room, curtains did not close all the way etc) . It was ok for one night, but I ended up cancelling my second night as the booking was not what I expected. To be honest, not sure I would I have stayed in the first place had I known what it was like beforehand. As mentioned, the downstairs rooms with kitchens did seem to be in better condition. While other reviewers say it is quiet, the hotel is just off the main road in jaco and I could hear motor cycles reving all night. The sign on the front desk clearly says ‘no prostitution’ as you are checking in. I recommend going on Expedia and looking at some of the lower ranking reviews with photos which might give you a better expectation. The pool was nice and breakfast was fine, great proximity to beach. Overall, fine but do not expect the hotel to look like the more edited photos advertised.

The property had all the great amenities, but the room arrangement was a little bit awkward. A nightstand to lay things on would be a plus and maybe a little more hanging space

Nice property , very quiet family oriented, great breakfast made to order! Staff were super helpful and nice! The owner was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him , lovely person. I would recommend this property especially for families with small children and teenagers , lots to do like game areas and pools ! Lovely fauna ✌🇨🇦
