We had a short stop at this hotel. Check in was simple, our room was perfect and we checked out very early and were offered a grab and go breakfast. All very nice.

Clean and comfortable Room as the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the room was organized well with lay out !

Staff was friendly

When I booked the room I booked the room that had one wall of all windows in a view. So when I got there the gentleman put me into the first floor room. I asked what the view was and he said the curb. I requested he put me in a room like I saw in the pictures. So then I got moved up to a second floor room. Really no view but I was so tired. It's deceiving. The room itself is cleaned and good but be careful booking don't pay for any extra thing that you think you're going to get.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Nice hotel, I can't knock it. All the staff were very polite. If I were looking for perfection, I'd say the shower could be better. Breakfast was nice, room was nice and the hotel overall was very nice and clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also very handy. I'd definitely stay there again.

Loved my stay. I always stay here when flying to and from Ireland. I love the hotel because it’s at the airport, which makes my travel super easy. The staff is superb.

The hotel is a bit old. Good room size but very small bathroom. No upgrades mentioned nor provided. Good shuttle to airport terminal.

The main problem, which we have encountered before is that the restaurant food was very poor. So-called Wild Atlantic fish was a shadow of any fish we have eaten in the past 30 years from West Cork and even the potatoes were hard and undercooked. Tables alongside us were sending food back for being cold. So, next time we shall bring our own supper - otherwise v comfortable place to stay.

Very professional staff

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff corteous and helpful. The fitness room and the courtesy bus to the airport were a welcome bonus
