Great for little ones and the whole family.

overall bad experience!

This wasn’t a resort for me being a younger person. Seems more so for an older crowd. The views weren’t the best looking out of the window. I wouldn’t stay there again. My room was pretty dark. Seems a bit outdated and could use some remodeling.

There were so many things to do at the property. We didn’t even have to leave the resort if we didn’t need to.

I suggest Spending a little more to get a better resort with better food. Receptionist never answered. The resort try’s to push clients into buying memberships after telling them no. Resort also pushes staff to buy photos. Beach smelled like poop!! Last time going. Dnt go ppl

Traveled with an infant and family (group of 10ppl). Immediately after arrival, we were talked into setting up a breakfast meeting for a timeshare. We also met up with an Expedia rep at the resort who offered to book reservations for us, we were able to reserve Brazilian for the following evening(Monday). Since we were there from Sunday evening until Friday morning we would only have 4 evenings to have dinner at their reserved restaurants. Same day that afternoon we went to the main pool, set up, and decided to go look for drinks since the swim up bar was closed, we ended up at the sports bar & got multiple drinks for different people in our party & the server had a long face, we started to walk away & I decided to get one more so I walked back up & asked for another one & she said "you only asked me for one so I said- yes I got one & now I'm asking for another" I apologized after receiving my additional drink & received no response from her (hence I speak both English & Spanish, so this is not a language barrier thing). After spending time at the pool & heading back to the room, we stopped by the reception desk again to make reservations for the other restaurants but to our surprise we were told we could only have 2 reservations. I paid for "all inclusive" you'd only assume.Not all restaurants were open/available, there seemed to be a lot of construction going on around the resort & was really not enjoyable to be sitting next to the pool & have hammering noises in the back

Great resort, staff were friendly and very helpful. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. There was something for everyone at this resort.

We have been to this resort a few times, and it has never disappointed us. The staff is amazing, the food is great and there’s lots of places to walk and enjoy. When my kids were younger, they enjoyed the cenotes, the waterslides, as well as the wildlife. The pool side food was great when they were small as there was always something available for them to eat. Occasionally there is a paella day and the chef does an amazing job. As mid teens now, they enjoy the food and the pool (and sleeping, pretty sure we didn’t see them before noon most days). The entertainment crew at the pool (Emily, Victor and Fernando, you’re awesome!) was top notch. Side note, with our Expedia booking, we had a concierge that we could WhatsApp and she booked all of our restaurants for us. She was great and very accommodating about booking around our excursion days.

Nice property. Has a lot of nature. Has adults only secrion but everything closes early in that section. Staff is friendly but you have to goto them for service. You wont be waited on hardly anywhere.

The property is very spread out, so depending on where your room is located, it can be a long walk to get to the restaurants or beach. We specifically booked this resort for the waterpark, but it was closed the entire time, which made the stay feel like a waste. We’ll be trying a different place next time.

The most disappointing area of this resort was the kids club. There were cockroaches in the children’s area as they were doing yoga. It did not look like they consistently cleaned either. The resort grounds were beautiful, however the standing water was often very smelly and murky which was not pleasant to look at. The servers in the buffet areas were wonderful, however not so much at the other restaurants. We did enjoy seeing the monkeys and Coatis.

The resort was great. Buffets were average. Staff was not great. Room had no AC took 2 days for them to finally switch us. The app never worked for us couldn’t book dinners most days. Everytime you went to book dinners it was always the person is at lunch no matter what time you went. Felt like I was lied too about anything at any time. Any question or concern it was a different answer from each person. The Segway guys Mickey and Allen were fantastic. Roxanna and Esther the maids were phenomenal.

Since everything is free, it's great that they're is a lot of walking. I just wish more bars were open and the distance not super far.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. It is very large and there is a lot of walking to get where you need to go. Customer service was really bad. They seemed unwilling to accommodate your concerns and would push the blame on to Expedia. We sent an email several months ago asking for seven of us woman to be put into the same building or side by side. They put us all over the place and would not put us together. Booking dinner reservations was a hassle You had to go to concierge but they were never in the adult only area. The servers were all very nice and very helpful. Food was not my partee. But some of it was good. The monkeys were awesome.
