Great location, the staff was excellent, and everything was very clean. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

My brother and I stayed for over 5 days for World Cup festivities. Our first time in CDMX and so being close to the mall, banks, restaurants and shops made everything much easier. The staff could communicate to us in English and understood our limited Spanish. We will be learning more for next time. The hotel is wonderful the only thing being a slow draining shower. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again. Also the breakfast provided was delicious and mostly convenient.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is attentive, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is generally good, the only thing they lack, and it is essential for me to choose this hotel again or not, is that they have parking or an agreement with the plaza next door.

The beds are not comfortable, the frozen vegetables on eggs are bad. I don’t recommend the food in this hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel. Their rooms are not clean. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking, and it was very humid. Someone had spilled something red behind the door and it was not cleaned. The floor was very dusty. We reported this to the front desk. They sent the cleaning manager, who disputed our claim by saying the room smelled fine — it did not. After a while we received a phone call from the lobby asking us to go upstairs to wait in another room while both rooms (ours and the one upstairs) were being cleaned. It was senseless. We asked to wait in the lobby and to be moved to a different room. The receptionist resisted but finally agreed to move us to the upstairs room that was being cleaned. Guess what? The room was only partially cleaned: the bed and bathroom were cleaned, but the floor was dirty and very dusty, especially by the windows. By the way, they use some kind of odor spray in the rooms (the receptionist told me this over the phone). I would not recommend this hotel at all. Please stay somewhere else.

The locations is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, bars. Great place to stay

If I ever come back I would stay here again the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was really good also the area was in a good location a lot stores and restaurants, 10 min walk to the Angel de la independencia.

Breakfast was excellent and was easy to walk around.

My suite was not ready when I arrived and was told it wouldn't be ready for another day, so I was placed in a standard room. I was given a bottle of water and a pack of nuts as an apology. Upon arrival to the standard room, the room didn't have a shower curtain or an iron. So, I wondering do I get some sort of partial credit or refund for not being able to get the room I paid for for an entire day?
