Clean rooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The sheets on the bed were not very soft so I found them to be scratchy. The paid parking was accessible to the hotel lobby so that was GREAT. It was challenging to find it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us perfect directions to the garage. Staff was super! Everything was very walkable to the hotel.

Room was basic but clean. Although had some problems with the shower gel dispenser. Otherwise it was comfortable. The restaurant was very good I must say for a 4 Star. Thank you for your hospitality.

Parking excellent plus Ev charging Staff wonderful. Bed very comfortable Location great. Only problem was a sound like an alarm started at 6 am think it came through aircon vent it lasted about 29 mins!!!! We would return though

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was also immaculate with great water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is well-located in the old town part of Zaragoza. Really excellent value and would highly recommend.

The hotel was fine unfortunately throughout there was a sewage smell that permeated the elevators and hallways.

The help of the registration counter, specially Marta help.

The hotel was empty and they gave us a room with no window. The room is so tiny, you can’t fit your suitcase anywhere. And no window. It’s basically a closet. Horrible.
