The place is simply wonderful, starting with the reception and its staff, whose smiles never leave their faces and who handle the check-in procedures as quickly as possible. From there, to the hotel lobby made up of several lounges, designed and furnished in a modern way that suits the historic character of the place, then to the warm and beautiful room and the dining hall. Simply put, the place creates a beautiful memory that lasts.

Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there.

This place was an incredible find! The whole family made us feel right at home and took every opportunity to ensure we had a fabulous stay. From the welcome glass of champagne to the delicious breakfast, everything at this hotel was extraordinary!

Hotel Van Cleef was a joy to stay in during our visit to Bruges. The owner and his wife are very accommodating and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is probably no better place in Bruges to enjoy a luxurious visit.

Wonderful and unique boutique! Historic house turned into a very classy and quiet hotel. Just a block or two from the action. We had a cool loft room with a big bed for my wife and I and a loft bed for our son. Service and staff were friendly and accommodating. (The photo is the view from our room ❤️)

This property was a beautiful boutique hotel with impeccable service. There were a few lounge areas that were comfortable and full of interesting art and sculptures. It was in a quieter neighborhood but we enjoyed that. Also has a beautiful back patio on the canal!

This was our 2nd time in Bruges but our first time at Van Cleef and we LOVED it. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views of the canal. The staff could not have been more kind, welcoming, and helpful. The decor is beautiful, every detail carefully curated. We loved it and will definitely be back!

What can I say? Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Pasqale, Fredrick and Arnaud are the warmest, kindest most considerate hosts. Every detail has been thought of. The hotel bursts with soul, love and uniqueness. A true home from home and curated by people who truly care. The breakfasts are fabulous too:)
