Given that this hotel is rated 5-Stars, overall our stay was disappointing and well overpriced for the standard offered. The room was very ordinary and more like a 3-stars hotel.The bed was uncomfortable and the food in the restaurant was well below average for a 5-Stars hotel. Furthermore, communication was poor regarding our request to linking our room to our group tour for the following 2 days. On a positve note the location was great. However, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Great staff and the food was of a very high standard.

Location is great, across from shopping mall Tobalada, 5min walk to Costanera. 2min walk to metro. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking lot free of charge. Minus for not having a spa (at least sauna), plus for gym which is open 24h. Top floor of the hotel have a swimming pool, but no heating, so in the winter you can practice Wim Hof method. Price is fair, and I would definitely stay again.

There is a train under the new MUT shopping area. The train station is tobalaba.(red line 1) Which is just across from the hotel. Trains are brilliant but unfortunately don't go all to the way to the airport, but there is an airport bus from one of these stops.

This was my second time staying here. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms. Location is excellent. Great location for women travelling on their own.

Best hotel in Santiago

Front office amd house keeping is extremely incompetent. Cannot follow simple instructions and got namea and no of people in each of our 3 rooms incorrect despite telling them multiple times and blamed hotels.com. however, breakfast ans restaurant staff were amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool. The water was really cold (I knew it was not a heated pool). The hotel was great, everything was clean, the staff was super-friendly and the breakfast was amazing. And located in a beautiful neighborhood.

El staff es poco resolutivo. Muchas trabas en procesos para nosotros como huéspedes. No me llevo una buena experiencia con la gente del lugar más que con la gente del restaurante.
