Great Hotel with very friendly staff. Very nice pool area and good breakfast. Wifi could have been better and shower in room was too small.

We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent

Loved the pool. Parking was great and easy. Location was easy to find. Staff were helpful. Showers were very small. Bathrooms smelled a bit - plumbing problems perhaps need fixing. Hotel is a bit dated and needs a renovation.

An older well maintained hotel, with lots of easy parking. Nice place to see the sea, and with a great view out the window. Terrific meal in their restaurant for dinner last night. Good prices too.

Shouldn't be a 4 star hotel. Average service, food also average.

This Hotel offers an excellent stay and dining experience. The pool experience is unbelievable when waterfall / grotto effect is working. The rooms are clean although the bath /shower could be upgraded. The maitre D should be recommended.

Restaurant staff was very good while the checking in staff need more understanding about hotel facilities. Room establishment was old and required some attention.

The facility and staff were so awesome, that we stayed an extra night. The proximity to the mountaintop village of Palmi was a plus. Be sure to visit it when staying at this hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay and this luxury hotel in late September, very few guests so I was the only one using an excellent pool. Ate in a small restaurant/ hotel on the beach and was one of just three customers to enjoy a good dinner and spectacular sunset over the see with Scicily and it's island clearly seen against the red sky.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. The entelman on reception was friendly and welcoming, spoke fluent english and helpful. Did not get clear reception with wifi in the rooms so had to be in common areas to use it. The restaurant, pool are and te balcony overlooking the clean really made it fell like a 5 star resort. The rooms were ok but they did have a musty smell about them other than that great experience.

Staff was absolutely wonderful! Spoke English very well! Great view! Meals were very tasty. Bed was very hard!

This is a really top hotel but the surrounding town is very down at heel. The hotel is rather hard to find and we arrived on a Sunday when there was a wedding reception on , so very busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food at night in restaurant was very good but limited menu, not expensive. Breakfast was not quite up to the usual standard but OK. Good size room but hard bed. Room well equipped for Italy. Pool is fantastic. Good size secure carpark with 24 hour surveillance.

Location incantevole,.albergo datato ma confortevole. Personale gentile.

Terribile, sembra l’hotel di “Shining”. Tutto fermo agli anni 70, ambienti molto grandi è molto vuoti, come abbandonati. Colazione scarsa senza buffet, posate sporche e rovinate (coltelli anneriti). Ha l’aria di un posto che sta per chiudere; o di una scena di un film Horror. Il personale di poche parole, sembra rassegnato. Assolutamente da evitare.

Arrivati, abbiamo subito chiesto il cambio camera, perché il terzo letto (fatto da un divano letto) si presentava rotto e con la tappezzeria strappata e inoltre molto corto. L’immobile Al tempo dell’inaugurazione sarà stato molto bello, ma adesso decadente, con evidenti problemi di infissi interni e esterni. Le camere con mobilia obsoleta è rotta. Il bagno con una cabina doccia delle dimensioni di una vecchia cabina telefonica. Colazione con poca scelta. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Da evitare.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia solo due notti, conoscevamo l'hotel da diversi anni. L'abbiamo trovato sempre migliorato e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevamo solo un piccolo bagno anche se c'era tutto. Ottima colazione. Sicuramente da consigliare perche' abbiamo visto anche un'ottima disponibilita' nel risolvere disguidi che hanno avuto altre persone.
