Almost perfect, only the host in the night shift and the guard have a poor attitude just to open the gate at 5:30am just to push a simple button and that he’s job management need to take of this kind of situation because for those people with poor performance is the reason that we looked for other options in Reforma 😒

Location and staff are great, a little outdated, but kept clean

Everything worked great, it was like a mini apartment super spacious and with mini kitchen. The bed super comfortable etc. AC worked great no complaints.

The hotel looks totally different from picture. Also the room service is pretty bad. We had days were they didn’t clean the room, neither change the towels or add toilet paper. Also, the we had some souvenirs we bought disappeared, until now we haven’t get any response from the staff. I would not recommend staying here. I had a pretty bad experience from the start.

Internet was okay except for TV, a bit slow. The air conditioning was locked to 22c and appeared to automatically shut off, when we were not in the hotel room. Bed was comfortable. No laundry on site. No breakfast on site. Furniture uncomfortable. Sitting room dark. Delivered cooking utensils when requested. Strong shower water that was very hot . Would definitely stay again.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Transport en commun proche. Beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs. Les chambres avec balcon sont plus agréables pour l'éclairage et obtenir de l'air frais. Les reproches: Ils ne donnent de l'eau et duy café que la première journée sur un total de 7 jours de location. Nous avons acheté du café. Mais ils ne donnent des filtres que si vous acheté leur café. Vraiment cheap. Le personnel de réception n'est pas trés flexible pour satisfaire leur clientèle.

The room was clean and spacious...housekeeping was responsive. The front desk personnel were always pleasant.

Everything was good, except for the thermostat. Either it was broken or it was controlled only by management.

The internet was not strong enough to reach my room with any strength or speed. When I asked if I could move, they told me that the Internet is “slow and weak” in the whole hotel. That seems like a breach of contract to me. But they wouldn’t refund my money for the remaining five nights I was staying there. I just had to eat it. Unfortunately I was working so I needed the Internet. The staff was completely unhelpful and rude. The room are ancient and run down. Don’t trust the pictures. stay in a better hotel. You’ll just be frustrated here.

El staff súper amable y profesional, la habitación muy limpia, muy seguro y tranquilo. La ubicación está perfecta por si quieres ir a diferentes tours y restaurantes

The staff was RUDE sometimes when you ask for something, my key wasn’t working properly twice and they locked the bathroom door when they clean and i have to ask again the lady looks mad when I told her 🙁 :( I was there before and the other people was nice and friendly

Este lugar está un buen locación y hay mucho que hacer y limpio pero te dan. Nada más un pieza para hacer caffe supuestamente tiene cocina y tuvimos que pedir trastes para cocina no te proveen jabón para los trastes ni servilletas inclusive nada más te dan un shampoo que apenas en suficiente pat ina persona y cuñado pregunta por las cosa te questions n te enseña el Sobre de café a 30 Pesos que suestamwnte en el app de hotel.com proveen agua y café y peto nada más te dan luna vez 2 biotellitasde sgua y un sobre de.cafe. Y nada más lo tienes que pagar Y en el lobby los sillones viejos y en los cuartos. Necesitan renovar Y ya no tienen restaurante En el hotel en el app hotel .com no coinsiddn con lo que ofrece el hotel

Nice room but the air conditioning was not enough, I requested a fan but they didn’t have any. Would be a great addition as Mexico City is not as cool as it used to be few years ago

Muy buena ubicacion muchos restaurantes alrededor muy limpio lo unico que no nos gusto es que dice q tiene aire acondicionado y si tiene pero no lo puedes cambiar esta a 22 y el cuarto estaba muy caliente a esa temperatura

Old place, TV didnt work, as well as wifi, we found bugs at the kitchen, the bed was so bad.

Casi bueno solo que se ponen a limpiar cuartos en la madrugada y hacen ruido y alas 6am ponen musica y Pues lo despiertan 😪😪:( lo demas supongo que bien solo que la foto del cuarto es differente al que me dieron pero bueno
