One of the best hotels i have ever stayed. I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Very friendly staff, and delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended. I will be back in near future.

This place has potential but it needs refurbishment to improve its facilities. The toilet is in the shower. Shower water fills the bathroom floor, as there is no cubical. There is no hair dryer, and no air condition in the bedroom. There was one air condition in the adjacent living room. The matress was hard and old. No selection for breakfast, take it or leave it. Restaurant menu selection is very poor. There is one shuttle bus to go to the beach and back. Bar is there but practically non existant. Tv reception was very poor due to issues with internet. When we stayed, there were 2 groups of small children using the pool facilities. We had to opt to go else were.

Nice large swimming pool of interesting design. Large modern rooms with large beds. Balcony in my case looking onto forest. Attractive marble hotel entrance. Nearby is an ancient cliff side monastery. Nice beach with a few bars and a hot sulphur water spring at the top of the beach that people bath in. Lifeguards on beach early June and hotel pool clean and full of water. . Many beach restaurants great low expense quantity food

The room was huge, like a suite/apartment, staff friendly & pool lovely when it was quiet but, bus loads of kids arrived most days & used it as a mujicipal pool :((; good 40 minute walk from Golden Sands and fairly remote location without a car.

A lovely hotel with limited facilities due to covid. Also limited Staff who were more than accomodating and very friendly. Gave us a room on the top floor with a large balcony and a sea view. Let us have a late checkout so we could spend the morning on the beach and use the room for showers before we headed home. Lovely stay.

The restaurant is great. The breakfasts are OK, but their menu for the other meals is really good. Prices for food are also great. The service was wonderful. I hate to even say negative things because they people were so good, but the room really had serious need for renovation. The location is pretty far from local things, but their shuttle service to the beach was helpful. There is NO ATM anywhere remotely near this entire area, so be prepared. The Wifi in our room was hit or miss, but frequently, miss.

Beautiful, clean and tidy hotel. We ordered 2 rooms and received 2 luxurious suites and free parking at the entrance to the lobby at the same price. The truth is, we were pleasantly surprised and we recommend that everyone book the hotel on their next vacation in Bulgaria.

Bed & pillows were not very comfortable. Shower failed to drain well and when I brought the problem to staffs attention they were reluctant to help.

If you want a loud and noisy 18/30 type hotel then this is not for you! If you are looking for a nice clean hotel with good facilities as a base to explore Bulgaria then this is for you. As it's about 4km from the nearest beach a car is invaluable although the hotel run a shuttle service to Golden Sands daily. Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful, the room was kept clean, the food was very tasty and good value, will definately be going back!

The apartment was big but the entire hotel was poorly maintained. The elevator did not work on the second floor. The furniture was outdated. The bed was making noises and was very uncomfortable, with dirty sheets. The check-in process was super slow at midnight. Most of the staff did not speak English. The restaurant staff was rude; they refused to bring some clean glasses to the room, telling me to go downstairs and get the glasses myself. There were no toiletries in the apartment. There was no view, and the windows were overlooking some weird gazebo in the courtyard. Access to the hotel was really difficult, with unmarked streets and safari-like potholes; barely made it to the hotel. Breakfast was horrible and disgusting. All vegetables were wilted; omelet was old, potatoes were old and hard, croissants were hard, coffee was undrinkable, cold cuts were old and dry. The wifi only worked in the bathroom. I could go on for days, but Id like to summer it up by saying: stay away from this hotel

If you like a place that is away from the main resort, this is the place for you. The hotel is situated next to a woodland which is very close to the Zlatni pyasatsi Natural Park, though it is not possible to walk through the woodland to it from here. It is also within easy reach of the Golden Sands resort if you like that kind of thing and has a swimming pool in the peak season if you like that kind of thing. The staff were friendly and helpful and all times and made my stay a pleasurable experience. The food in the restaurant was very good and the area was peaceful.

We spend two weeks,well..only towels changed dayly but they smells, pillows as well as bed.Floor newer been cleaning, dust and sand from beach stayed through all stay.when we finally took being off we been told off by management. There was no water for 24 hours...what can I say more when outside is 35.Food flat and average, coffee only instant,otherwise you have to pay extra.Most of the time staff didn't knock the door,just entered to the room,no privacy at all.Jim and rest are not Free, all extra.But the best was when we find out that we can't use swimming pool because management decided to organised wedding not considered anybody else,music all night,and condoms in swimming pool next morning.

It was a really amazing holiday! Everyting was great, the hotel looks very nice, it's very clean and the rooms are so big. The view on the big terrace is purely breathtaking.For a family with kids who travel by car it is the perfect place to spent the holiday. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good at a very good price.

I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in the first week in September and it was excellent value for money. All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, while at the same time respecting my privacy. The Reception staff in particular were a big help to me as I had some complicated taxi trips to organize, and they also managed to arrange a late check-out for me even though I had not originally booked it. The pool was wonderful and the setting around the pool really lovely - eating breakfast in such pretty surroundings was a joy. . I would recommend this hotel to anyone. .

Nice place, but far from everything. No internet in the rooms and there is nothing that separates the shower from the bathroom on the floor, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower.

The hotel is very nice and modern, but they are very far from everything. Also they do not offer wifi in the rooms and the kitchen staff was very rude and would not even let me take a menu to my room even though I ordered room service each day. They also would not let me fill up my glass with water at 10:01 at the breakfast buffet that ends at 10. The women at the reception were very friendly though.
