Customer service is poor! When you check in, there is no person behind the massive window! But there's a kiosk with an "attendant" on the screen with poor english. parking is very limited, and they are hostile to any trailers. worst Florida stay ever!

No one at the desk at 11:15 pm the check in machine broke no one answered the phone we had to go get another hotel , and they had few people outside waiting and others sleeping in the cars because the hotel keys didn’t work, we are asking for our refund….

I had a terrible experience during my stay. It is unacceptable that there was no one at the front desk to assist us. More than ten of us waited outside from 10 PM to 5 AM because the system was down and our room keys were not activated, preventing us from entering our rooms. I do not recommend staying here, as the only support available is a malfunctioning computer system, and the staff simply blamed the poor functionality of the system.

This trip was a last minute trip planned for my fiance and I to get away for the night. We don't live that far from the area, The Regency had a room available so we booked it (not the hotel I usually stay at down there.) The check in and check out process was very simple. The negatives about this place was the bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all. There was hair in the shower, a empty toilet paper roll was on the back of the toilet, the rags had facial hair on them and the sheets had hair. That night we got the biggest smell of weed and the next morning we got woken up by a couple downstairs screaming at eachother for 30 minutes.

The place was nice to stay at. But the guy that checked me in was very unprofessional. There was nothing about a deposit when I reserved it. & was kinda a sarcastic when I asked if I would get my deposit back. Just really didn’t like having to deal with someone through a computer rather have felt with someone in person.

almost always stay here when in town.. known owner for over 20 yrs.. friendly. reasonable rates perfect location for me for everything

Clean your rooms better

For the price point, it was very clean. Wish there was a stopper for the bathtub I would stay there again.

Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Metal framed bed was noisy and every time you moved or got up, it made a rumbling tin sound. Also had to check in and out on a machine in the lobby. Didn't like that either. Will never stay here again.

Fantastic property I am able to set family up in whenever they visit for long stays. Nice employees are at the front desk.

Pay the extra $50-100 to stay in an actual hotel. I’ve stayed in some ratchet places in my life with my job, but this takes it. Rooms smell terrible, people constantly moving around the property, and the house keepers literally do nothing but change out your trash. Unless you’re desperate, don’t stay here.

This is a solid place to stay. Safe! It's not fancy, but it's clean, quiet, and in a super convenient location-close to shopping, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Overall, a decent and comfortable spot. Staff are nice as well.

Metal bed frames made loud noises when you moved aroubd on the bed. Other than that, everything was great.

The room was clean and fresh. It was a little mold in the upper corner of the tub. Overall for the price i would give it an 8. It had a pool and it was good. I would stay here again. I love the way you check in the hotel.

Kiosk checkin, no liver person seen in lobby or on premises, ever! Lot of transients, noise, smoking, homeless, etc. Older, not clean, paper thin sheets, no blankets, towels are in the room, not in the bathroom.Considering all, still not a bad experience, just not the best... better nearby. Great location.. nice park and the water just across the street! There was a free festival one night!
