Very good family hotel in Kos town. 15 minute walk to the centre and only 5 minute walk down to the front. Being in the centre of Kos, there is rood and traffic noise though from the room. Family apartments are a very good size.

What a fantastic hotel and so much to do for kids and adults. The staff were all so helpful and went above and beyond. I wish we could have stayed longer

Fabulous hotel! Family suite with two bedrooms (room 2106). Great size for what we needed. Plenty of space. Amazing staff throughout from reception, cleaning, pool and bar staff. Nothing was too much bother. Food and drinks were great and some good evening entertainment. Pool area is lovely, really big, with plenty of seating and loungers. Can’t say enough good things to be honest. Location is also great. 15 mins to the beach and Kos old town and the harbour. A perfect spot, highly recommend.

My family including children ages 5, 2, and newborn enjoyed Peridis Family Resort a lot! The entire property caters to young families like myself, so we couldn’t have been happier. The playground, play room, pool, and kids club provided ample entertainment options for the kids the entire trip. The staff was friendly the whole stay. We would come back without question!

Lovely pool area..nice service..most staff at reception are very nice..particularly Anna in reception and Peter in bar area…rooms were spacious but shower fittings were broken .. close to Kos city which is very important as taxis are impossible to get…plenty of restaurants shops and bars within easy walking distance…boat trip to 3 islands excellent..also a day trip to Paradise beach was a highlight ..beautiful beach with all water sports and rides available..crystal clear water..all in all a nice hotel, perfectly located with a nice pool area…food in hotel is really good also…

Well run family hotel. We stayed in a family apartment which was big and comfortable. Pool area always clean and not overly busy. Bar staff really friendly and reception helped us when we needed a doctor for my son. A few restaurants and bars nearby and a 15 min walk into the main town. Car needed if you want to explore further.

great hotel, located very close to the marina, great breakfast next to the pool, we had a big suite. large and nice pool, friendly and efficient stuff.

We had an amazing stay - great for the family, great & helpful staff. About 30min walk away from the city center (taxi's are about 7 euros)

Lovely stay at Peridis, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, pool area is the best part. Pool is so inviting and big, plenty of sunbeds (we did go first week of september so was much quieter). You can order food and drinks straight to your sunbed. The food at the hotel is better than your average hotel food- breakfast and lunch we enjoyed every day. I'd say the cocktails are a bit amateur especially for the price. The hotel staff are amazing, they are all so friendly, smiley and helpful but without being in-your-face. I would like to give a special mention to Stefania in the spa, she gave me an incredible back and neck massage which took away all of the tension and tightness. She is there every single day so please do pay her a visit as you will leave feeling like a new person! The hotel is walkable from the main town /old town however its about a 20 minute walk along pavements that aren't in great condition. Bear this in mind as we believed we would be central. It is only about a 7 minute walk to the end of the seafront which has lots of restaurants and nice bars. My tip would be to hire bicycles for your stay because kos town is quite big and the taxis there are very poor and unreliable. Do not count on getting around by taxi. The seafront has great cycle lanes and with bicycles you can visit Lambi beach and the old town with ease. Also do book airport transfer via the hotel before you arrive due to the taxi shortage.

A very special place. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Lovely pools. Staff go that extra mile. Great location. A good size hotel. The Town, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance.

We stayed a week in this wonderful hotel. It was absolutely perfect. Very good breakfast buffet, good a la carte food, the Greek evening was great. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and town. The staff is really nice. Always smiling. We will return.

Really lovely hotel in a residential area. About 5 mins to walk to the seafront/marina and around 20 to walk into kos town. Staff just brilliant and nothing too much trouble.

First time as a family we went to greece and stayed at Peridis Family Resort and i must say what an excellent stay we had, the staff was really helpful and pleasent always ready to help, always smiled, enjoyed our stay and the resort is very clean we had Executive room as a family and its big with Private pool as a luxury. We will be looking again to use the same resort in future for sure.

Clean and comfy rooms, superb service staff, great breakfast, corridoors and lifts were a bit crampy. Our room had a small unlocked hatch that led directly to a narrow service shaft several floors deep, which was narrow enough to fit our toddler. I don’t understand why these ”family resorts” have some less than average one man band playing ”evergreens” with a deafening volume, when it’s time for kids to sleep.

I always come back to the Greek Islands due to the welcoming, friendly and hospitable nature of the people. I was just recovering from a surprise illness and so to be looked after by the team here was a joy. Nothing was too much for them. The breakfast and dining team were exemplary as where the ladies at reception. The rooms were spotless and spacious and I loved the ability to play tennis, go the gym and I loved the ‘different complexes’ feel as it made me feel like I had my own apartment. The only thing I would suggest is more English tv channels but there’s far too much to do to really be bothered about that. Thank you Peredis Family.

You could not go past this hotel. It was so clean organised and had great staff to help with anything you required. The food was absolutely fabulous and the friendly atmosphere was exceptional
