Disappointed in the way

We have stayed here before and it’s a lovely hotel near the beach staff are lovely room cleaning is very good.entertainment is good especially for children would come back here again

I would say pretty dated hotel. Pool bar was closed, it was difficult to leave kids and get a drink if only one adult on holiday. There is a fridge in room, but no glasses, no kettle for coffee or tea.. the worst part was shower, the temperature was changing all the time, got burned… Reception staff very helpful.

The receptionist on the evening 31st May very rude l felt like walking back out.Victoria the following morning was excellent and a credit to the hotel

i have always hired a car to get into town etc. i consider this a must. a good value hotel stay each time and the view to the south over the sea on an evening is splendid. a good clean beach is just a short walk away.

Great beach access. Very clean, lovely views. Some staff dislike English and have attitude! Desserts were very poor this time. Such a shame that the no 1 bus doesn't come down to the hotel anymore!

Although this hotel may suit others it was not for me. Location was rather isolated in a residential area. €8 euros per day parking. You are unlikely to find a space on nearby streets. No bars ar restaurants nearby. Nearest supermarket 40 mins walk. So you have to rely solely on what the hotel has to offer. There are 3 gift shops on site but food or drink must be purchased from the hotel bar or meal plan. Food in restaurants is ok... but nothing special. Bar prices are fairly good. Water can be purchase at the bar €1.80 for a 1.5 lire bottle. The rooms are basic. There is a fridge a fridge but no kettle/tea making facilities. Just a few yards to a long sandy beach. Outdoor swimming pool is clean and inviting. Indoor pool/spa is charged for. If you pay for all inclusive and don't want to leave the hotel then it might be ok. I didn't help that the hotel hosted a chess tournament while we were there. 7 year olds upwards. There are 500+ rooms and the hotel was full mainly of kids... although they were well behaved, the noise was horrendous and is amplfied by the design.

I wrote to the hotel well in advance that I was interested in checking in a little earlier (2 hours), and I informed them that I was only going to rest before my flight and would not use the paid night, since I would be leaving the hotel at 8:00 PM, so they could have sold it again. No one answered me, so we arrived at the hotel at the standard check-in time, I waited in line to check in for up to an hour despite my warnings that I was only coming for 4 hours and that everything was paid for. Terrible staff, terrible hotel…

A huge hotel, great location on beach. Buffet food good, always topping it up. Good variety. Outside area nice. Great staff. Nice relaxing stay

this was a large hotel complex with good access to the beach. Pool was nice and clean but water was cold to stay in for very long.Typical buffet meals...no variety, no veggies, very little fruit. Rooms were OK but the pillows were terrible (Easily right across the bed at 1.2 meters long. They do not vave standard size pillows. Sadly smoking is still allowed on balconies which migrates to other balconies in the vicinity. Smoking appears to be still quite common in Spain.

Good value for money and lovely views

The hotel is a bit tired and needs renovating. Everything else was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Was a nice experience, 1 night stay. Nice room, balcony, good air conditioning, very large bed, comfortable. Only negative is for the parking charge

The reviews of this hotel do not do this hotel justice., just ignore. Nearly didn’t book due to this reason. Fantastic hotel, great for children. Staff really helpful, this is a Spanish hotel but that suited us perfectly. Fantastic views of the sea and a great beach. Will definitely return

The hotel was easy to find. Checkin was straightforward and the room was a good size with a great outlook from the balcony.

This has been a great little hotel for our adventures in the area. Very good dining option with the buffet, walkable to different beaches and good parking outside. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and very good with children. Close enough to local shops if you have a car, and plenty of other areas to explore. Just a short drive up to Alicante, and further up the road is Benidorm, so loads to do.

If all you want is a beach then it's fine. You certainly need a car to get around and car park is very expensive. Next to no evening entertainment. Rooms fine. Food not great. Breakfast very bad and expensive.
