The room was clean and modern. The staff were kind and helpful. Perfect location with beautiful view from the room of the river. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was good..a lovely building and a great location. The room was a little basic. Breakfast a big disappointment. For £179 a night l had expected more than tinned fruit, packets of cereal and cold bacon! Despite that all the staff l interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

Fabulous stay great location.

I can't recommend the Relais enough. The staff were exceptional - everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating of our 1 year old. The location is perfect - can walk to the river, shops and restaurants within minutes. The rooms are good sized and feel spacious

Good breakfast and bar and comfortable room. However, would not recommend the hotel for older customers as no parking on site.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The building feels ancient, but I love how well it's been kept up! Classic finishes with all the amenities one would expect from a modern hotel. And the town itself is very much worth visiting as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Love this hotel and have previously given it 5 star but this time our receptionist on arrival did not infuse and make us as welcome as all the others and the Sunday buffet breakfast was a little disappointing in quality. Would still return as it is a lovely place to stay and ideally situated.
