Ev rything was good when we accessed the apartment. However, we didn't get our 4 digit code to acceess the afterhours locker containing our swipe cards. The afterhours call centre operator couldn't find our name even after two phone calls and didn't want our itinerary number. My son had to callwotif back home to get our 4 digit access code.

Great location. Excellent bakery and a coffee shop right across the street, breakfast are epic. And metro station is right outside the building. Easy access... In house laundry too.

It was okay for family and near to metro station.

The Residhome Lyon Gerland had large one bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We faced the inner courtyard and the room was quiet. There are cafes and a grocery store across the street. Subway is right outside hotel. Good value.

The hotel is very convenient to the metro which makes getting around Lyon easy. The staff was very helpful. The room 209 we stayed in worked well for 4 people but needs a new coat of paint the walls were stained/dirty and doors can use a wipe down. We did find two live cockroaches during our stay. There was a market on Thursday with fresh fruits, vegetables and Tunisian food. Water kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishes were all very useful during our stay.

There is a big lake just 2 minutes walking, and it is very relaxing to walk, or just sit and talk around this lake

The property was ok. Check in process was strange, we travelled all day and needed to drop our bags and go to an event, but reception wasn’t open between then hours of 12-3. We ended up leaving our bags at another hotel for the evening! The room was not as pictured, but was clean and had all the amenities listed.

Appartement vraiment très agréable avec une jolie chambre avec télé et un lit très confortable et un joli petit salon/cuisine très confortables. A 50 m du métro dans un quartier calme, c'est une adresse vraiment à connaitre.

Chambre très propre, très facile d’accès hormis pour ce garer. Accueil chaleureux.

Je suis mitigee sur ce logement car la 1ere fois, j'ai eu un logement tres grans mais le rideau de la chambre etait cassé et impossible a mettre en place. J'ai donc dormi avec les lumieres de la place exterieure tout la nuit et j'ai beaucoup de bruit dans la rue. Hier, reservé mais mon entreprise et c'etait au top.une autre chambre, avec balcon ne donnant pas sur la rue. Des volants roulants. G tres bien dormi. Je vais donc retenter bientot pour voir.

L'appartement était spacieux, bien équipé, bien situé, bien isolé phoniquement. Le personnel était souriant et agréable.

Indépendamment de la prestation du logement conforme à mes attentes, la bouche d'aération du métro située au-dessous de la fenêtre de la chambre côté rue est très bruyante
