El hotel siempre muy bueno, pero , No fue muy buena la reservación con expedía, fue más cara que la tarifa rack del hotel y sin desayuno buffet. Hubiera sido mejor con el hotel directamente.

Perfect location in Roma Norte! No microwave or mini fridge like you'd expect in the US, but rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Gym is not huge, but bigger than I expected from the one photo online. Front desk staff super helpful with requests. Even sent a bellhop to help us log the TV into the Internet, so we could log into streaming.

Everything about the room was terrific. Staff, bellmen, etc also excellent

Excellent Staff! I liked that I was able to open my window. Only thing i did not like is that I was not able to charge my phone, my chargers are type c and usb type A chargers. I had to go the following day to get me a wall charger. Very disappointed on that.

The location is perfect; the neighborhood has many places to eat, drink, or have fun, all within easy walking distance.

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. I did find the absence of wall art made the room seem almost sterile. A piece of Mexican culture - painting, print, textle - would have been nice. The area around the hotel was filled with many culinary options within walking distance. Felt safe all the time. Staff was very helpful. Check in was a breeze!

I was double charged by hotel. I told them I was already charged through hotels.com And they charge my credit card again by billing me directly. I will not stay there again. Also they called a taxi for me and told me I could pay the driver with credit card, but this was not true. I was forced to get cash to pay driver.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was all very nice. Some even spoke some English.
