The apartments are in a good location and the staff are helpful. It had basic but comfortable furnishings and was spacious with a large balcony. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Shame about the view of the derelict building opposite, but guess they can't do much about that! All in all good value for a central stay if you don't need or want luxury.

We have stayed at the Alta Apartments many times.It is basic but clean and friendly The location is perfect for everything. we will be pleased to go there again.

Location, staff, value for money amazing, but the apartments are tired and need updating.

Great apartments, plenty of space and loads of storage. Great location, just meters away from the beach and loads of restaurants and bars near by to choose from. A large supermarket literally right across the road making it convenient for self catering.

freindly and helpful staff, nice spacious apartment, cleaner daily with fresh towels, beds made and linen changed every 2/3 days, would go again, only con is it is dated but to me it is not a problem

Ticked every box - location, staff, amenities but just a little bit basic- however this didn’t spoil our trip one bit. Nice big airy apartment with huge balcony and small kitchenette. Spotlessly clean and beds very comfy. A superb location for the Lido or town- not even 5 min walk. Would definitely go again.

I would recommend this hotel anytime. Ideal location, all local facilities around, and the apartment was well maintained. Parking was a nightmare as the place was very steep and cramped, and you need to pay extra. Pool wasn't very clean! But overall, I'd stay there again as it was a great value for money.

Stayed at Alta for 10 days. Positives close to the city centre, martianez pools walking distance, opposite Marcadona supermarket, cleaned daily, staff very friendly and very approachable, spacious accommodation. Negatives bed a little bit uncomfortable, breakfast not very exciting. No variety. In all we enjoyed our stay at Alta.

We have stayed at these apartments many time and love the staff who are very friendly and helpful, Nothing is to much trouble for them. It is central and close to all shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

not a luxury hotel, but quite good for the price. good space suite with fridge, stove, dishes etc. for under $40/night. hotel is very close to supermarket, restaurants, and town beach. Had slight problems with room service, but they were resolved. WiFi is free but available only near the front desk.

A basic apartment in Puerto de la Cruz right opposite the Pyramides sentre which house Puerto's largest supermarket. The Staff were great particularly the maid who didnt speak a word of Ingles but we managed to surprisingly communicate very well with my basic Espanol.

My housemates and I booked a one bedroom apartment for a week and were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Good size rooms, lovely staff (particularly the cleaner) and ideal location next to the beach and within walking distance of the old town and some great restaurants. Restaurant/bar was closed when we visited so can't comment and we were so close to the beach that we didn't really spend much time pool side however it was a very clean pool and sun lounging areas caught the sun for most of the day. Flanked on almost all sides by supermarkets it wasn't too hard for us to source some fresh produce to cook with.

The hotel is in a good location right next to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, but also near one of the main roads out of the city so it was easy to drive to and from. The apartment was quite basic, but spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the girls at the reception gave us a lot of good advice on things to see and do on the island. The only negative thing really was that the underground parking was slightly terrifying! There is an extremely steep hill leading down to it and it's very narrow inside with scrapes on every pillar and corner from previous cars. If you're planning to drive here, I'd recommend renting a small car! Otherwise, it looked like there was free parking about 10-15 mins walk away at the foot of the Hotel Semiramis.

A basic but comfortable hotel. We had 4 nights here and its only a short walk into the main town. Parking was tricky in the very tight underground car park and that was an additional 5 Euros a night. Staff were friendly and helpful.
