Smooth check in by friendly informative staff . Hotel room was great , with a lovely harbour view . Sadly the hotel was having some external work done so there was a lot of scaffolding up around the building that slightly spoiled the experience. No hairdryer in room a little disappointing. Buffet breakfast superb choices . Waiting staff wonderful Evening meal delicious- sadly no view from restaurant due to scaffolding. Afternoon tea also excellent! All in all a wonderful stay .

This an upmarket business-style hotel. All the facilities are excellent. Stunning views over the marina and out towards Elizabeth Castle. Friendly and helpful staff. A 10-minute walk from the town centre.

A lot of scaffolding all around the building , blocking out all sea views from the lounge and dining areas. Very noisy in the morning. We only booked this hotel because of its position and views and although we were told that their price did reflect this , we would not have booked if we had known

Hotel Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel Jersey is in the most wonderful hotel set in a beautiful location in St Helier as we have stayed there two-three times before. However our room was lovely overlooking the harbour and cannot fault the wonderful staff and cleanliness of the hotel, but either Hotels.com or the Radisson Blu should have made it clear there are big renovations going on which did make a difference. As in the restaurant we were surrounded by scaffolding and could not use the terrace to sit outside and the alternative terrace seemed to have events going on all the time. Also I have mobility issues and all the disabled parking was cordoned off which meant my husband had to keep dropping me off then parking the car and getting the car to pick me up. Had this been mentioned we may well not have stayed at the Radisson Blu in Jersey this time until all these renovations are complete which are going to take a very long time.

No air con, room fan not working

The property was having some work done we found out the 5 days before we were due to be there so we couldn't have the room we booked.

Beautiful hotel situated perfectly for a relaxing week away. Staff were very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable.

Great location, lovely staff and a good swimming pool. Lovely views over Elizabeth Castle and the bay.

Fantastic venue , fantastic service .

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable, good air con. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, nice pastries, hot food, fruit etc. Location is great, next to the beach, short walk from lots of restaurants etc. Checkout was noon, which meant we could go to the beach and return to shower and pack. Minor quibbles: could use some more power sockets in the room. Shower was a little tight (over the bath) but clean and plenty of hot water. We knew about the maintenance work, which did not affect our stay except it blocked the sea view from the restaurant & bar.

Ongoing construction in the area was pretty noisy but other than that, great stay with excellent location + easy parking.

Breakfast was good, hotel room was clean and hotel location is nice. All in all a good hotel to stay at.

Loved proximity to beach. Unfortunate that construction impeded the view from the dining room and there was no terrace to sit on. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very helpful. Only criticism was the breakfast buffet being the same every day and not very warm. overall a decent hotel and would go back there.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We had a wet bathroom floor due to a leak from the toilet which we reported. Unfortunately there was building work and part of the hotel was clad in plastic and scaffolding. We had a room without scaffolding outside but the building work noise was unbearable at 8am!

Great hotel in centre of St Helier, major works outside until Dec 26 with many rooms not in use. Lovely friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

There was some negatives to the visit as there was some external work being done, but we were advised of this well before our visit. Breakfast was good, however I would describe the dinner as a bare pass. my advice is this. Pick a sea view room on the fourth floor. The hotel is close to St. Helier town centre and that is a plus.
