Staff and Breakfast was great. Though the hot tub was not working and water at pool was a bit cold during our stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived we asked for some spoons and we got them right away. The following day the cleaning staff didn’t leave an extra roll of TP, got it right away. Room was very clean, and quiet, breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Would recommend.

This is hotel is ran by incompetent staff. We arrived on a day that was extremely hot. When entering the room it was like a sauna. We set the AC to the coldest setting and left to dinner with the hopes it would be cooled when we returned. Not a chance. The room didn’t cool down one bit as the AC unit barely worked. My wife approached the front desk staff and explained to her that we have 2 young children and they cannot sleep in the room. They brushed her off. I went down afterwards and told them this was unacceptable and they needed to accommodate another room, they told me they would speak with the manager and get back to us with a solution. Nobody ever got back to us so we ended up leaving. Waste of money. Clearly these staff don’t care whatsoever about their guests. They’re likely more helpful to the multiple immigrants residing in this hotel. Ridiculous.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Stores and restaurants all around you. The breakfast area is small and poorly laid out so the congestion in the morning is tough. I found the bed very firm and small (was supposed to be a Queen). Large room with couch. Air conditioner works well but loud. Issue with our keys, in two days had 5 different sets. Would recommend if you are ok with a very firm mattress.

Quite place with great location in the middle of Midland. Hotel needs renovation. Curtains in the room have holes, unpleasant smell. Fridge didn't work properly. Hot tube was closed, shower curtain near the pool was too short and a drain didn't work properly to prevent running water around the pool (safety issue). Surprisingly great breakfast and coffee.

No complaints about our stay this past weekend! Rooms were clean. Check in was seamless. Breakfast was delicious and heated foods were very warm. Great location. Would stay again. Only downfall was that hot tub was being repaired. No biggie as the pool was good.

The staff, along with everything else were great!

When I first checked in on July 20th at 4pm the front desk Lady customer service was horrible even when you come to ask her questions she was not polite or responsive at all to me. but by Friday checked out the Gentleman was very kind and respectful and the end it was not total horrible stayed. Honestly, for me I will not returning back there nor tell any of my family and people that o know to go there.

Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby, 2.5 km to the downtown, 4.7 km to Penetanguishene, and 20 km to Awenda provincial park. Breakfast was very good, they also provide free coffee during the day. The room was spacious, the beds are comfortable. I should also note the nice staff. We didn't use other facilities like gym and pool. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in this area. Awenda provincial park is also worth visiting.
