The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel is in need of remodeling. The lobby is nice but rest of the hotel is old. The elevator and hallways smell musty and like sewage. The room was surface cleaned and doubt it has been vacuumed in a while. The bedding was minimal. A sheet and two light blankets are not enough in the winter time. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold growing in and around the shower. Wallpaper peeling off the walls with visible water leaking from the dirty and corroded shower head. The shower was leaking onto the floor. We won’t stay there again.

There was an odor throughout that was almost unbearable. There was also no hot water in the shower! We have come to expect more from Hampton. I'm sad to say that this was not a very enjoyable stay. **THE ONE EXCEPTION was Greg! He was so personable and gave us restaurant advice/coupons and where to go take our grandkids to the pool since yours was not operational. He gave us a great rate and we enjoyed visiting with him about his OH roots!**

The staff was friendly. The room was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is showing a lot of wear and tear as was the carpet in the hall. The pool and one elevator weren't working. The biggest issue is the hallway smelled moldy and my husband's allergies flared up. The hotel was ok but honestly not up to Hampton standards.

Overall the stay was ok. The rooms are very outdated, with a loud AC system. Our restroom was not very clean and had to kill a cockroach in the shower. The towels looked very worn out as well. Expected an updated and clean room.

The breakfast was horrible and not refilled. We and other guest had to find cups because they werent restocked. Coffee was cold. Room celing had water stains on it. Pool was under construction and not available. Wouldn't go back to that Hampton Inn again.

Staff was very nice and attentive! We got checked it quickly and our bed were spotless. Only problem was that the rooms don’t have enough light. But other then that breakfast was wonderful!❤️ Thank you for welcoming us to the hotel!

If I had known when I made the reservation that housekeeping only came every few days I would not have stayed there. Bedding/furniture very worn, carpets worn, the bathroom room shower door was old and dirty. Lukewarm shower. Did not eat breakfast there but they did have good coffee bar set up in lobby. Staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The closet door came right off. There were not accommodations to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee in my room, I’ve stayed here before and the heater wouldn’t allow me to adjust to a lower temp. I thought I would give it another try since the weather was different. Guess threes the charm but not for me.
