Friendly staff very large room with all the amenities

Staff easy going and great customer service

Simple and no-fuss, a good place to stay for a short trip. The staff was super helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was ok, but skip the cold pre-packaged scrambled eggs (they were cold from the fridge) and the bacon looked like plastic. You are better off with the bread, cheeses and fruit. It was a good stay overall, I would stay here again in the future, and simply skip the breakfast. Again, a big thank you to the staff for the friendly attention.

Hotel was good. Rooms clean. Very comfy even though was hot.

The staff was VERY nice and very accommodating. I had rented FIVE rooms for a mini-group tour by nine people. This gave me an opportunity to get feedback from several people. The rooms are not air conditioned, but we did fine over two weeks with 15 euro fans purchased at the local Cora when the temperatures went to 30C. The hotel did provide fans, but we bought our own before realizing they were available. The cooking area is small and so there is no conventional oven, but there is a microwave. ALL parties cooked and NONE of us found this to be a problem. The proximity to the train station is a plus and there are many nearby nice restaurants. The Pompidou Center is a VERY short walk away. Even the cathedral in the heart of the old city is only a 1500 meter walk. Everyone in the group walked between the hotel and this area at least once - and we ranged in age from 25 to 81. With a two-week rental, we had enough time to discover any problems and other than what I mentioned, there were NONE ... and again, the staff was WONDERFUL!

I stayed at the Residhome for one night on a leisure solo trip to visit Metz. Pros: very near the station, attentive staff, large room Cons: the facilities were visibly worn, several loose tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, room right on railroad tracks so substantial noise

Great cost benefit; 15 minutes walk from city center

Comfortable and well equipped this apartment in a modern building has good, basic facilities. A short walk from Gare and buses handy to main area - or a walk.

Only 3mins from the Gare SNCF ( what a fabulous station) and about 20 mins to city center. Breakfast is a bit expensive but there is plenty of choice.The room was well appointed, plenty of storage space and everything you needed in the little kitchen, even a corkscrew! We only stayed for 4 days and wish it had been more.

This is an hotel with a great location (+/- 5 minutes walk from train station). The hotel has a great price/quality. For a 3 star hotel as you can expect.
