Lovely hotel but we felt their focus is more on eco issues than trying to encourage guests to book. I’m not sure I liked the red light identifying our room as occupied. There were only 2 rooms occupied on our floor. Like previous reviews we saw no cleaning staff the whole time we were there! We could have booked cleaning but decided not to bother. The location was more important to us as it was just up the road from the station. The bar is lovely, quiet and the staff were friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and air conditioning worked very well as it was hot outside during my stay! Hotel is very conveniently located near Hbf so very easy to get around city.

I appreciated that the hotel is conveniently located near the central train station, and it was also very clean. However, there was no hairdryer provided, so I had to stay up late waiting for my hair to dry. Additionally, the bed was extremely soft, which made it less comfortable for me. Also, the fridge in the room was also not working and had an unpleasant smell.

Hotel was difficult to get around car parking charges were a bit expensive

We stayed in the apt. 2 big rooms with an en-suite bathroom and living room between. Plenty of space and the AC worked too. Would stay here again. Close to train station. A little bit of a walk to central Stuttgart and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is excellent and is a short 7 to 9 min walk to the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (if one knows how to navigate your way out of the station with the ongoing construction). Also, the Stadtbibliothek U-bahn station is a short 3 min walk away with Stuttgart Airport access on the U6 train. The breakfast buffet is excellent and one of the best.

They were kind enough to accommodate my request for a quiet room because I'm a very light sleeper and early check-in.

Staff is pleasant. We arrived around 12:30pm and the hotel let me check in early. The hotel design and decoration are very classy. We only stay for one night but we had great experience. We will choose this hotel again in the future.

I usually don’t review properties, that we are regular travelers and wanted future guests to know what they’re getting into. The property advertises itself as four stars, but it felt like two stars. The staff at the front desk or warm and welcoming, and the outside of the hotel and shared lobby spaces are fine. But the rooms were really sparse and dirty. Very much like a cheap motel. Actual dirt in the walls, extremely dated, and very cheap amenities. I was particularly frustrated that there was no water in the room to drink. When I asked the front desk, they told me I had to buy it at the bar – and when I did, it cost me nearly 7 euros for a bottle of water. In today’s world of hotels, it is absolutely necessary to provide your guests water. Their hotel is close to the train station, but in quite an ugly industrial area – though a 10 minute walk to the main square. We were really eager to get out of the hotel and into a more comfortable place to stay.

Great location on main road into Stuttgart from airport. Close to main train station, restaurants etc. Hotel is modern, comfortable and has restaurant and bar on site. East and quick check in and super staff support.

Breakfast was very good. Leakage in the shower head. Power failed during the stay but they changed the room.
