I enjoyed my time, room could use a bit of updating but i loved the property overall, especially the nature path and the birds on the premises. food was good overall.

The biggest problem was the room cleaning, every time need to ask for towels

If you are looking for a resort that is quiet and family friendly, this is the one. It doesn’t get too rowdy at night, very relaxing. Staff are super nice and caring. Very clean, beautiful decor everywhere. Lots of food options. Went in a group of females in our 20s and we felt safe and had a lovely time.

We had a great vacation in this resort. People here are very nice and friendly, we always felt welcomed, safe and had everything that we needed. Our room was very clean, comfortable with a very convenient location near the kid swimming pool. We were able to walk around easily. Food options with a lot of variety for the buffet, we were able to book 4 restaurants during our stay, El pilon restaurant was good! Our kid had a lot of fun in the kid swimming, beach, playing ping-pong , and walking to see the flamingos and peacocks.

The place is amazing! Very relaxing, great staff and service. Will visit again! The online pictures don't do justice to the place. If you are looking to relax, this is the place.

C’était parfait.

Everything is in new condition, nicely decorated. The nature walk to the lobby is full of wildlife( iguanas, ducks, peacocks, flamingo, turtles). Pools are good, some need some more shade and steps. Buffet is ok, restaurants have good food. Loved the ice cream and coffee shops. Beach has beautiful white sand, clean, no seaweed!

All of our sercice was top notch. Our kids had a blast, and they were amazing as we uograded to platinum. We will be back soon!

Great experience over all great staff awesome piña colada and beautiful beach, they make you feel safe and attended to the food can be improved to achieve excellence but thats my personal food critic taste.

We love nature surrounding the property and the good atmosphere at night.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—everywhere you turn feels like a perfect photo op. The grounds are very well kept, with staff constantly working to keep everything spotless and in top shape. We stayed in a family room, which was perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A few outlets didn’t work, but we worked around it no problem. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. No matter where you were on the property, someone was nearby and ready to assist. The resort is large, but there’s a convenient trolley system that runs regularly if you don’t feel like walking. There’s also a great mix of activities for all ages. The kids loved the mini water park, and there’s a kids club for the littles and mini golf on-site as well. The beach is just steps away and absolutely beautiful. We also loved seeing the animals around the resort—iguanas, flamingos, and ducks roaming the grounds made it even more special, especially for the kids. The biggest downside was the food. On our first night, we didn’t realize you need to make reservations for the restaurants in advance and ended up at the sports bar—which, unfortunately, was a letdown. Thankfully, we were able to book the rest of our meals for the trip. The buffet was the most consistent, with lots of variety. The fresh fruit our favorite part. Overall, 7/10 The property is stunning, the service was excellent, and there was always something to do. If the food had been better, it would have been a near-perfect vacation.

Beach, pool activities, the room

Our stay at Tropical Deluxe Princess was exceptional. From the cleanliness, the warm welcome of each staff making our stay feel very pleasant. Food was good and servers always willing to assist with our wants. We stayed during Holy Week and the activities for the little ones was a great surprise. Kids Easter egg hunt was coordinated to please all. This is a great family friendly resort. Truly recommend this place for all.

This was a great hotel!! We travelled with 3 young kids and it was perfect. The food was great, service was perfect. The rooms were decent. Drinks were made well. Pools and beach was exceptional. We stayed 6 days and could have easily stayed longer. We experienced the spa services which was relaxing. There is a Kids Club, was super convenient, which gave the parents a couple hours break, we utilized it primarily in the morning from like 9-11:30, would pick up kids after, go to pool/ beach was our routine. The shows at night were really good, was really enjoyable; then off to party in the lobby. I like that there was a mutual big space for everyone to gather. They used a shuttle services to travel to other parts of resort but was very reliable and came every 3-7 mins. There is a cafe shop on resort for amazing espressos; and ice cream shop next door. Even though it’s a big resort, it did not feel like it. You were able to know the location to everthing after 2 days or so. Super easy. There are restaurant on resort that we reserved for every night at 6:30pm, there is an app to reserve it, but we booked all restaurants at the lobby services day one. Our favorite restaurant was the Hibachi. They also have Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, Dominican restaurant on resort. There were many activities to do, it all depends on what you want to do. There is mini golf, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball, Spanish class, salsa lessons, pool side games etc. We had an amazing time.

We had a great stay overall—this hotel is fantastic for families! The staff was friendly, the amenities were excellent, and the location was super convenient. The kids loved the pool, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The only thing that could be improved is the room cleanliness. While it wasn’t bad, the rooms could use a bit more attention to detail. This was actually our second time staying here, and we’ll definitely be back again. I’d recommend it to any family looking for a fun, comfortable place to stay
