Excellent holiday option for families with kids. My kids loved it.

Great stay!!! Parking is a joke on busy weekends. Close to attractions and in a nice area.

Great hotel with lots of amenities. Spacious rooms with little kitchen space, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and many other activities. Walking distance to Heviz thermal lake.

No proper heating in the room, outdated furniture, low level of service in the bar.

wonderful experience for a family, would not recommend for couples. Most guests are local tourists so certain international amenities may not be available. for instance there is no air conditioning in the rooms although the weather was very pleasant.

Nice hotel with lovely grounds. Room was spacious and in good condition.

I reached late in the night. The place was pitch dark everywhere inside... It was difficult to find the room location from the parking and there was little assistance. On finally finding the room I went to find some women clothes drying and some briefcases lying there. I tried calling reception from the room as it was a bit far. But no one picked up. I had to finally leave my wife and daughter there and walk back to reception to get another room. The place was otherwise having good facilities. The room was clean. There was however no AC in the room but with windows open I didn't find that a problem. Breakfast was good and there was decent spread. Overall we found this place to be just about OK like a mid tier resort.

Because of my wife's problem with climing stairs-I asked for a ground floor room.The hotel was fool,but they managed to locate a ground floor room.We even had a small balcony.

Family resort minutes to Heviz and Balaton. Food very good, horse's in great condition, kids loved professional riding lessons (not a tourist ride-a-pony for 15 mins) and the equestrian show.

Very nice resort with pool, jacuzzi, clean apartment with kitchen, good buffet breakfast, free parking lot, close distance to the Heviz termal lake.

Beautiful landscape, quiet, clean and very close to the hot springs facility. We will definitely come back if we are in Hungary again.

It's like staying in a small village, with lots of facilities, beautiful trees and places to swim.

We were pleased with the price, the location, the restaurant, we will be back next year.

The hotel staff is very kindly and pleasant. We asked them to change to room and they do it quickly and to our satisfaction

upon arrival we were bundled off by an anxious receptionist as we stopped in the manager`s parking space. note that there are no clear signs indicating where and how to park so we just tried to find a spot near the main entrance to check in. after this they allocated us the wrong room that took almost 30 mins to find anyway while carrying 2x heavy luggages around without any help whatsoever. we prepaid for an apartment for 4x people which eventually i had to prove by presenting my printout that was not even a condition of being able to check in so i wonder what would have happened if i did not have that on me since the receptionist said he had no access to the reservations? eventually we got our apartment and received help too with an extra bed in it as my little sister joined us later. also, as a compensation for the disappointing check in procedure my sis had complimentary bfast.

Bar open at night but the only people there the night we went down were staff and they seemed more interested in their own private music show than customers. However, I could not really blame them - the bar seems to be hidden away and poorly advertised so I guess no one knew it was there! This complex is aimed at families and a quiet break. Rest and relaxation. We needed the rest and it suited us well. There is a garage just five minutes walk away with 'supplies' of snacks and beer! Another five minutes as you are at the supermarket which was well stocked. Another five minutes again and you are on the main street with restaurants. Heviz is not exactly a bustling town - we could only find one street with anything like 'life'. Again, this is a restful place not one to dance the night away! The thermal 'pond' is well worth the money. We paid for four hours and used all four hours up.

Dejligt hotel med fine faciliteter. Fin studiolejlighed med udgang til egen terrasse. Men sengene er virkelig elendige. Madrasserne i sengen var gamle, beskidte, og helt færdige i fjedrene. Vi fik begge ondt i ryggen af at ligge i den seng. Skulle nok skiftes lidt oftere.
