We had a little problem with the toilet that kept running and the reservoir empty, all the rest was perfect, thanks.

-Chambre avec une serrure seulement, impossible d'avoir 2 clé de la chambre, ce qui est très problématique - pas d'entretien ménager... Les lits ne sont pas fait, les serviettes ne sont pas remplacer, aucun approvisionnements en papier de toilette et savon. La vaisselle n'est pas laver, les poubelles ne sont pas vidés durant le séjour et les planchers pas laver, aucun service pendant le séjour de 1 semaine ca fait dur. Si vous voulez de nouvelles serviettes vous devez les mettres dans un sac au bord de la porte et on vous en donne des propres -quand on demande a la réception un rouleau de papier de toilette ils ne savent pas ils sont où !

I really like the place private and clean.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le personnel très courtois. La bâtisse, et notre chambre étaient très propre.

Overall good experience. Location is besides the river. I had a room with balcony(river view). They do not do daily housekeeping during the stay which is fine with me.

Endroit très propre et bien situé

Nous avons vraiment aimer notre séjour. La chambre était superbe, surtout la séparation entre les deux lits qui permettait une meilleur intimité. Vraiment très propre, je reviendrai assurément.

Was parking

Beautiful room, everything was perfect!

Parking was easily accessible and there were a couple of EV charging stations which were free to use. We were on the second floor and the elevator was the only way we could get up to the floor. There was an outside stairwell right nextvto our room, but our building key would not unlock the door from the outside. On arrival, the room code didn’t work, so bhe reception staff was quick to deal with this. The hotel was in walking distance to some restaurants and we were able to take advantage of that. It is also close to the Quebec City - Levis ferry which was convenient. The room was fairly clean and the bed was okay.

Was clean, quiet, easy to get in and out of. Easy parking. No one came in to my room to clean or anything on my second day and I did not have coffee in the room for my third day. At least refill the coffee. I don’t need anybody to clean up after me or make my bed, but I like to have coffee.
