Hotel room was roomy and clean with nice beds forthe family. Staff was friendly as well and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, smelled nice and had all the amenities. Only thing is that shower was missing a bit of pressure but other than that, perfect!

Free parking was available, which was nice. I swear I read somewhere it was 5 minutes from the city, but it is probably more like 10-15 minutes from Old Quebec, depending on where you're going, which is not too bad. We opted for Uber or Lyft to avoid parking in the city. Not really walkable to anything though. The people working at the desk were very friendly and spoke English. The room was lovely and clean. We stayed for 3 nights; however, our room was never cleaned during the day. I am assuming it is a service we must request. If we had stayed longer, we would have had to request towels and toilet paper as we were running low. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room has an adjustable heater/AC unit, and we were able to stay comfortably.
