Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The room was comfortable but the carpet in the room needed to be replace or a deeper cleaning. It looked old and a bit dirty.

During the four days of my stay at the Carrera Hotel, I received very ptoffesional atrention from the hotel staff at all times.

Good balance between the formal hotel and entertaining offer. The staff very kind and professional. Part of a safe neighborhood and accessible to all you can need.

Tv didn't work had to call the guy fix it. Next day it didn't work again. Hair dryer broke.

Staff was very helpful and the room had great air conditioning and adequate, but not constant, hot water. Could not use room phone to get an outside line. Breakfast was of marginal quality and very expensive. Because of the helpful staff I would definitely stay there again.

Pretty decent hotel, located in an OK area, close to Miraflores, S/.10 to Larcomar, S/.8 to Water Park. Worth the money ...

nice staff, very good food , very clean room every day

The room was large, very comfortable, excellent A/C, with a nice refrigerator. Cleanliness was above average, and the windows provided beautiful views of the cityscape. Unfortunately, staff responsiveness was, on occasion, less than adequate. First they insisted that I had to pay for an extra person in the room, even though I had already reserved the lodging for two people. Then, after reporting the inconsistent and very slow WiFi signal, they were unable to fix it and even suggested that I was annoying them. In the end, I had to purchase a modem from a local ISP because the WiFi was completely inadequate.

I like the hotel got everything that you need to be comfortable , Flat screen TV with cable , Wifi , computers available if you need it , is very clean the room are big, personal well training , the housekeeping is very efficient , location wise is close to the airport about 20 minute trip , close to Downtown about 15 minutes in a taxi cab, close to Miraflores close to shopping center and restaurants . overall I like it and I would recommended to anybody.

I like the service ,very professional , rooms are clean spark, the room has pretty much everything that you ask for , Flat TV with HD Channels , small living room very roomy, the bed really nice I would recommended to anybody the hotel is well located there's transportation to anywhere 24/7 and the rate is fair.

this was supposed to be an airport hotel, it turned out to be about 45 minutes from the airport and was definitely not worth the drive. hotel was old and tired and had no attempts to make it comfortable. an absence of any personal touches and the location was traffic noisy.

The hotel is located in a central area close to bussines/turistic places like Miraflores and San Isidro, is a good option for bussiness trips. Rooms facing Arenales Avenue are a little noisy because the avenue is a high trafic area
