The staff were great. The hotel is out of the way and could use updating but other than that the rooms were clean, the beds and linens were excellent and getting to the city center and airport by bus and metro was easy, affordable and convenient. I will be returning in the near future.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very big and breakfast was nice, however it is rather dated now, the village foesnt have much to offer at all, checkin is 4pm which is alot later than most hotels at 2pm, we arrived midday so had to kill alot of time before we could get into the room and the hotel doesnt offer lunch so it wasnt a pleasant wait. The hotel is in a one way system and there are signs on the road saying it is striaght on when you need to turn right. The car park is if you are facing the fron of the hotel go right down that road and its your 1st left I think after you pass a square with shops. Down there on the left is a car park enter and drive all the way to the bottom. Just some useful advise as we were driving around for 10-15 mins trying to figure it out and eventually had to go into the hotel to ask where the car park was

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was bland but clean could've had more pillows but were provided when requested. No tea / coffee making facilities which for a 4 star I thought would be standard. The ladder into the pool was broken and wobbled when in use not safe really. Breakfast nice selection but eggs were cold on most days. The local metro station was closed for remodelling which was not known at time of booking shuttle bus provided for free to the next main Red Line Metro.

Rooms require refurbished staff could be more friendly,Too far from city , bar was closed this is one hotel I would not recommend.

Overall the property was good. Too many unexpected fees and taxes base on what they said and I wasn’t aware of or was not listed anywhere.

The rooftop pool was nice, area was very quiet. There aren’t many sun loungers by the pool so once there are 8 people up there you have nowhere to sit

Old, airco not functioning in room nor hotel lobby, many defects, diety sofas, hotel absolutely needs a refresh and many repairs

I loved the staff, they were very accommodating. There is parking and the hotel is near the train station. The surrounding area is a bit rural but not bad at all. Loved my stay!

Romm was clean but a little bit old. Scratches on walls in bathroom and fine condition of the room but not excellent. More or less 4-. Brekfast 3+. Recepcionist 5.

I Chose this hotel because it was closer to my place of business. However while the hotel brands itself as a 4 star I would grade it at 3max. It’s an old property and signs are showing in the rooms and corridors. There is no coffee tea maker in the room which was a big minus for me and expected of a 4star property. Breakfast was good though. The bathroom flush was also not without troubles. If this is close to where you wanna be than ok else look elsewhere
