This pet friendly hotel is clean and comfortable. Great location. Right next to campus, and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The staff at the Murray Ky property is the best, they will make you feel welcome. I had a couple or requests that last time I stayed there and they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of before I arrived. I’m so thankful for the staff at this property.

Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast. Great location. Big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/wash/lotion, so really appreciate that. Brought our doggy. Very pet friendly. Several other well-behaved fur babies there, too.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and slightly different every day. The area has restaurants and stores in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Highly recommend.

Clean room, good breakfast, good stay

The staff and Ms Sherri made the difference. We were in town to celebrate graduation. Ms Sherri answered every question and tried to accommodate each of our requests. Everyone was courteous, very polite. There were a couple of issues in the room, the maintenance staff were accommodating and willing to address those issues quickly. I was very appreciative of all there efforts.

Safe quiet

Hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff are very friendly.

It is our number one pick when making college visits to Murray State. Super close to the campus, dining options, shopping, and activities. Staff is friendly, especially the wonderful breakfast lady. She remembers us every time we visit!! I gave our recent visit a 4 because we were told they don’t like staff changing the televisions in the common area. It rained our entire stay and we wanted to get out of our room to visit with family, play cards and watch basketball. No one was using the area at the time. We had a great stay, but was floored by that rule!

The breakfast in the morning was incredible

The property itself is nice and it’s located right beside Walmart within walking distance, BUT our issue was there was no hot water in our room and the cold water had really low water pressure. For $200 a night that really is no good. I tried to call front desk multiple times about it and the phone didn’t work.

The hotel and staff were great as always. A winter storm was arriving and we had to leave a day early. The property was willing to refund our money for the unused night even though they did not have to. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area

Halfway point for family holiday travel. We have stayed at this hotel before. Both experiences were great, the breakfast was very good. The receptionist were always helpful and the facilities were clean and convenient. We will stay there again. Also pet friendly.
