Als ich am Abend im Hotel nach 7 stunden Anreise aus Österreich, angekommen und einchecken wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt das keine Zimmer frei sind. Und Expedia hätte keine Zimmer anbieten dürfen!!! Das ist ein Witz ich werde nie wieder Expedia nutzen

Very good hotel, staff friendly and efficient, hotel accommodation clean and modern, food tasty.

The indoor and outdoor pools and the lazy river really made this a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

pro: I like this property, I came here for so many years (before covid) and it is still my go-to hotel when I'm in Dessau to visit my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is ok.; the location, special all the parks are amazing; very safe con:you had to ask for cleaning solutions before entering the breakfast room, no social distance at all; restaurant is always booked, you have to make reservations days in advance?! Conclusion: I still recommend HeideSpa Hotel&Resort

Great hotel located close to Leipzig. The spa is amazing and the restaurant very good. Would recommend it anytime.

Very nice resort. Rooms are nice and super quiet. Everything is extremely clean. Great place to relax! Pool is very big and nicely heated.

We stayed in a nicely renovated room, on a floor with "Bathrobe-bridge" that connects the hotel with a spa. Everything was perfect for us. A hotel restaurant was quite good for dinner, people at reception always friendly and swimming pool had a decent swimming area + a kik-ass river stream

Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Nutzung der Therme direkt vom Hotel aus. Sehr gutes Frühstück in ruhiger Umgebung. Freundliches Personal. Leider unpassend für ein 4* sup Hotel die hellhörigen Zimmer. Man konnte das Fernsehprogramm und Unterhaltung der Nachbarn im O- Ton hören.

Toll wäre noch ein Ruhebereich mehr in der Sauna.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit Anschluß an die Heide Therme. Die Restaurants sind gut, der Service ist gut. Hervorheben möchte ich den aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Service an der Rezeption!

Schönes Wellnesshotel zum Entspannen. Sehr nettes Personal. Uns hat es super gefallen und werden nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Das Hotel ist mit der Einrichtung in der Zeit 2006 stehen geblieben, was nicht weiter tragisch ist. Doch die Teppiche sollten dringend in den Zimmern grundgereinigt werden und Spinnweben im Foyer an den Möbeln entsprechend beseitigt werden. Wenn bei der Anreise ein Wasserspender angeboten wird, sollte dieser jederzeit entsprechend gefüllt und ansprechend präsentiert für die Gäste sein. Beim Frühstück sollten unter den Platzsets jederzeit gereinigt werden. Es wird scheinbar nur drumrumgewischt. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, es ist keine Kritik, ich denke die vielen tgl. Kleinigkeiten machen den Charme eines 4* Hotels aus.

Guter Wellness-Bereich, akzeptable Nähe zu Leipzig

The rooms are nice and big. The spa needs a renovation. There’s only old people at this hotel so not really nice for someone under 60 years. No one in the staff speaks a word of English so you need to be German to go there or know the German language. Food was not good at all.
