We absolutely loved this hotel it was so clean! We had a room way larger than expected overlooking the beach it was perfect we couldn't have asked for more . The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience. The staff are all amazing and friendly aswel

Our room was nice, however when we got back after an evening out and tried turning on the air con, the panel was locked. After phoning reception and unsuccessfully getting through, I had to walk down to reception to get it turned on, upon which they told me the doors had to be shut and only they can control it and that he would turn it on. I went back to the room and noticed there was a tapping sound coming from the air con, I phoned down and couldn’t get through. I tried to ignore it but it was very hard to ignore so after not sleeping for a couple of hours I called again, to which the night porter came and looked at it and said I could either have the noise or have the air con off. For context it was really hot still and the air con on was barely taking the edge off and the noise was very annoying and the night porter agreed there was clearly an issue. I ended up just not really sleeping. It would be helpful to mention on check in that the doors have to be completely closed for the air con to work. There was no wifi in the room either which I mentioned a few times and got dismissed as a non issue, I am tech savvy and your systems coverage just didn’t work in the room and neither did the backup, they did work in the lobby. When I mentioned the issues on check out I got the impression your receptionist didn’t really care

The Blaumar has everything you could possibly want for a quiet relaxing family holiday. I’ve been here twice in the last year with different ages of kids and adults and it caters for young and old. The staff are amazing from the reception staff to the staff at the pool. Fantastic entertainment. The only reason we left the hotel was to use the hotels beach bar across the road at the beach. We will be back

The Hotel was very good. The Breakfast was great and offered everything. The staff were excellent and very proffesional.My only problem was the hotels veiw on Drinking Water. 2 bottles given on arrival but nothing after that, not even if you paid for it. Its the only hotel I've ever stayed in worldwide where drinking water was not readily available for Guests, so stock up before you go to bed.

The room was beautiful, great location. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice rooms. Good size. Hotel is modern. We went in April. They wouldn’t allow us to control the aircon, and even though it was warm, it randomly pumped out 28 degree HOT air throughout the night which we could not turn off. We reported this daily and they basically ignored our request to fix it. Checkin was long, we arrived in the evening with only one person on the desk (Rita) and she seemed to struggle and it took forever! Also; the car parking charge was a bit excessive and the actual car park is incredibly tight to get in if you have a big car. WiFi was poor too. Overall it was “ok” but wouldn’t go back.

Hotel is nice as restored recently.. However needs a bit improvement on daily room cleaning. Sometimes towels are not exchanged even if we left them on the floor in bathroom. Glasses were not washed. Bad smell in room after cleaning as staff turns off aircon. 3rd sofa bed was not ready on our arrival. We had to figure out how to set it up. We really enjoyed to have a drink and snack in Arena tapas bar.

Service was terrible. The treatment given to me was beyond humiliating. They do not look after the client but their own comfort of doing as little as possible.

I made 2 reservations. One, for 1 night for my wife and I. The second one for my wife kind and I a day later. My mother arrived with my kid in the 2nd day. She was waiting for me with my kid and luggage at the hotel restaurant. I met them to collect his luggage. As I attempted to go and drop off the luggage and cut through the empty hotel restaurant into the lobby. I was screamed at that I could not walk through the lobby and I had to exit the hotel and walk all the way around and enter through their main entrance. All of this because the hotel manager does Not like seeing people walk with luggage when he is eating with his family. Our room smelled like sewer. I asked about it and there was no solution. Overall the communication and service is slow, and always with the answer that is the way we do things. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Terrible service for the clientele.
