We will be repeat travelers! Great resort that is quiet or lively depending on which pool you like. Good food, great staff, and nice pools for all ages. Small beach but other amenities make up for it.

I was disappointed that I couldn't book a specialty dinner until I was upgraded to a privileged membership. I initially chose this hotel because of the multiple specialty restaurants on-site, but access is very limited for the general population until one becomes a privileged member. Fortunately, we were able to upgrade on the second day, and the experience improved significantly afterward.

We went there 13 years ago and just got back from there again. Still a beautiful resort but some of the rooms are starting to show their age. But seems they are slowly updating because one of our rooms was fully updated. Would definitely go back, food was top notch and the pools are awesome!

Our stay was exceptional due to our butler Carlos who was very friendly and courteous. He took care of our reservations, anything we needed throughout our stay. He was always available. When he would leave for the day he would contacts us before he left to make sure we had everything we needed. Vitalina (spell check) was our bartender most the time in the Privilege lounge. He was very friendly and did a great job taking care of us. At the outside Bistro area was also a wonderful bartender who unfortunately i can't remember his name (he had a right closed eyelid). He was always polite and friendly when getting us beverages. Everyone we interacted with was always polite and helped with whatever we needed. The resort was clean and well taken care of. Workers were constantly cleaning, painting, replacing anything that was worn out. The only improvement i would suggest is the buffet chage up their food options daily. It was always the same for the most part during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The staff here are FANTASTIC! Big resort and very well maintained. Food was mediocre but we didn't starve. Wide variety of choices. Beach had a lot of seaweed. Some wild crocodiles and iguanas on resort.

It exceeded every single one of my expectations.

Staff here was so sick, my boy Juan at the bar and Oscar at Route 66 are beauty’s, same with Fabien the worker

Here is a breakdown of our experience: • Service: The staff was absolutely amazing! Every person we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. • Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean throughout our entire trip. • Property Condition: I’d rate the property a 4/5. While it could use some minor upgrades in certain areas, it’s clear that they are actively working on improvements. • Dining: Overall, the food was a 4/5. The buffet was a highlight with a huge variety of choices. However, our experience at the Italian restaurant was disappointing; the quality there just wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the resort. • The Beach: There was quite a bit of Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach during our visit. However, the resort staff was out there daily actively trying to clean it up, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this resort for the service and cleanliness alone!

I love that they have an Adult Only pool when I want a quieter atmosphere.

No value for the money you pay , food is acceptable , bars are good with acceptable variety of drinks . Representatives offering Privilege are a pain and they give you a hard time , check in is terrible , it is suppose to be at 3:00 pm but your room is never ready.
