Beautiful hotel.

Place is lovely and staff are great. Beautiful foyer and bar area to relax in. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms could be bigger and some areas do feel tight such as the elevators and hallways. Perhaps I’m used to different but that’s my observation. I’d also say that the restaurants could have a better and bigger menu. My palette is vast but this didn’t hit for me. Overall. I’d rate it very highly and the sea view is phenomenal.

The magnificent hotel is located on a cliff at the end of the road with sweeping views across the gorgeous sea with islands dotted around. You will be impressed at checkin. Short 10 min drive by uber or 15 mins by #4 bus - free with Dubrovnik city card €50 for 3 days, so just buy it as it includes everything except the ripoff monastaries). Rooms are a reasonable size with balconies looking across the Adriatic. Drink in hand you can sit and watch the sunset every day from your price balcony, holding your loved ones hands and score serious brownie points LOL. Okay this one got let down by the housekeeping staff - and big time! Twice our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask reception to have it cleaned (once at 6pm upon our return!). However the reception (Lorena) and restaurant staff (Mark Anthony Aeron and the others) were impeccable. Always welcoming with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Also it’s pricey with with nothing else about you’re kind of stuck unless you wanna walk down to Lapad promenade and be spoilt for choice. Oh and the beach is down there too. Short 3 mins by #4 bus and same back (3 stops Uvala Lapad). Facilities were excellent (swimming pool spa etc) and the hotel exuded an air of quality and luxury. With the singular exception of housekeeping, it was lovely stay in a discreet spa hotel retreat. Yes I would stay again.

This place was amazing! Incredible ocean views from the hedrooms. The rooms are a great size with lots of room to move around. Yhe breakfast was good nothing fancy. You are in a great area to walk to the beach and cute restaurants. Theres a bus thats about 15 mins to old town or a quick 5 min uber. Spa is amazing, outdoor pool was beautiful and icy cold! Staff super friendly and helpful. Gym is good to keep your workouts going.

Breakfast was a feast. The views from the hotel and rooms facing the Adriatic are fabulous. Parking on premises. Staff were very helpful and room service staff were especially efficient. Bus to old town stops right outside the hotel door. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and hotel was nice. If the weather was warmer we would have utilized amenities like the pool or ocean access. Breakfast buffet was always good

Where do I start. I have never seen such great hospitality in Europe. From the bellman to the front desk and house keeping. The waiters in all restaurants and room service, the lobby areas. I can’t thank them enough for making us feel at home. Ines was amazing and helpful and helped us get an upgrade to a fabulous suite. Lindita was checking on us daily. Honestly they deserve an award for trying their best to please. The gym was great with a beautiful view of the sea. Hotel location was fantastic and convenient to take the bus to old town. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. However cleanliness was not 5 star, in the room or restaurant. It could be improved.

The hotel is beautiful, we were upgraded to an executive room with a view of the sea, stunning to wake up to every morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful, so much to choose from for breakfast, everything is fresh. Would highly recommend the Dubrovnik palace, such a wonderful hotel we didn’t want to leave, cannot wait to return.

Amazing all around.

This hotel is beautiful, I highly recommend it. We were on the 8th floor with wonderful views of the sea and islands. We took Ubers into old town for touring, yet there is also a bus that comes to the hotel that is an option. Walkable to a nearby promenade filled with restaurants, a little uphill on the way back for less than half a mile. The breakfast was great, many options in the buffet. We went in late October and missed the crowds, which we liked. Glad we chose to stay here.

What a wonderful stay! The view from our room was amazing! They upgraded our room which was awesome! The restaurant was delicious! Easy to take the bus to the old City, right by the hotel entrance. You can even but your city pass at the hotel. The staff was incredible as well. Perfect 10/10!

This hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. The best feature is the pool area that leads to ocean. You can just sit and watch the sunset…which is what we did. It felt like you were on a cruise ship. The room was nice and clean with a balcony with same view as the pool. In fact this felt like any good hotel in the US with all the amenities. But the breakfast, balcony and pool take it to the next level. The one drawback is the proximity to city center. There are convenient ways to get there via taxi, Uber or Bus. But definitely not walkable. I am not counting this as a negative as long as you know this beforehand. I would highly recommend this hotel. In fact, my cousin is already planning to comeback to Dubrovnik and this hotel.
