Not USA 5 star ritzie (and snobby), but 5 star staff, location, food, etc. I hope to stay here again soon.

Lovely property, great location and excellent service.

Enjoyed the week here . Hotel seemed quiet , maybe just time of yr . No real buzz about the place . Nice walk into the little town & good bus service to old town . Taxis varied when we needed to use them ,prices varied even from same place ! Generally expensive to eat & drink out

Great location with a bus 1 min away to get to old town - beautiful room with incredible views. Comfortable bed. We didn't get to try the restaurant but maybe next time! Would come back to this hotel for sure.

Hotel was genuinely superb across the board

Reception and domestic staff were very helpful, caring and kind. Special Thanks to Tino, Carolina and Joseph for changing our room to a bigger one. Domestic staff were very kind and helpful. Indoor pool and sauna were very clean and convenient. I booked the superior double room for 2 people which was very small not suitable for 2 people and we requested to change it to bigger one which were changed after 2 days as no other rooms were available Carpets in the corridors were quite worn out not suitable for 5 star hotel.

Beautiful and therapeutic. Loved the opportunity to dive from the hotel.

The people were very nice, and the location on the water, plus the pool area were all great. We booked a sea view room but there were 3 large trees blocking our view! So ask for unobstructed view specifically. Also, the decor felt very “cruise ship” and the breakfast was pretty bad - cold coffee, bland food, and I saw people stocking pastries with their bare hands. If you’re used to upscale hotels, this will fall short.

Amazing views and about 1/2 mile walk to Sunset Beach area. Scuba diving on site. 6-7 Euro uber or direct bus ride to Old Town.

The hotel was perfect - we were close enough to the old town that we could easily take a bus to and from and we could also spend half the day by the pool/water and spend evenings in the Old Town. The breakfast also had so many options. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Beautiful property with gorgeous sea views from the rooms. Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Uber was there in 2 minutes when needed.

My main comment about the Dubrovnik Palace is the Staff. They are so friendly and cannot do enough to assist you. The location is also perfect overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea and the hotel oozes serenity and calmness as soon as you enter the reception area.

Great property at a good price point. Excellent value for money yet has luxurious amenities, great breakfast and great waterfront location.

That old saying ‘You get what you pay for’ is certainly true here. Paid for balcony room and it was worth it. Wonderful indoor and outside pool. Inside with jacuzzis. Easy parking at the hotel and no need to take car into city centre. Just catch the number 4 bus literally outside the hotel which is the first and last stop. 2.5 euro. Reception is on the 8th floor, beach 1. Highly recommended. Only slight negative, not enough coffee, tea and milk sachets in room.

Relaxing hotel, great staff, and private.

This was a great stay! The room and view was beautiful as well as the amenities. We also got dinner at the onsite restaurant which was fantastic! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the area!
