The staff was very friendly, we were never bothered. They allowed us to check in early. They mentioned free coffee and morning amenities. The room was clean and cozy. If you’re a party of 1-2, it’s perfect. they’re perfect for couples- as a child educator I would not bring kids here though. It is an inn so we can hear other tenants in your room, but it’s not like paper walls. We were never woken up. The view is not amazing obviously since you’re in downtown Toronto. When booking I’d consider if you’re comfortable enough within the downtown area if you will walk everywhere.

Considering the great price point, this hotel is a little gem close to the Toronto downtown core. If you have average mobility, all walking access is within your reach. The property is well-maintained and very tastefully done. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and lots of little thoughtful amenities including Nespresso coffee and excellent shower hear. Great water pressure and temp. Staff are outstanding - courteous and efficient. Limited parking in the back - only a few stalls - we were lucky to grab one for $25/day. Well worth it considering where you are. This will be our go-to in T.O.!

Great location

Room was clean and a decent size. Had a small problem with the first room however this was fixed the next day as they moved me to a different one. Area does have some construction but noise level was fine. The subway station is approx 10-12min away if walking. There are street cars on Carlton/Dundas those are only 5min away.

The room and staff were amazing! I was on the first floor close to the front counter and the lounge/ sitting area which made everything even getting deliveries really easy!! The bathroom and shower were amazing, the bed was comfy and clean and the room was overall cozy and accommodating for my needs. Would stay again!! Thank you all for such a great Valentines Day weekend trip in Toronto!! Also super close to everything entertainment and food wise!!!

Excellent room, small but has everything you need. Clean. Reasonably priced. Conveniently located, within walking distance of any cafe or entertainment venue.

Great place to stay

This is an all-around great place to stay, clean rooms comfortable beds and friendly staff. Somebody on call 24 hours. I would highly recommend this place.

Room 120 was ok but right in front of the emergency exit Too noisy, the exit is used quite often you hear every bang and people moving around The water was brown when I first opened the tub....
