We arrived early & the staff were very accomodating in allowing an early checkin. Room & amenities clean and the location in the CBA is excellent. Secure off street parking is a bonus. Would happily stay again next time we're in Ballarat

Beautiful old heritage building, well maintained. Only slight downside is the noise from outside at night. Would stay again regardless.

Secure and good car park

Parking is good. Staff lovely. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were attending a weekend function so didnt eat at the hotel. Very convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heritage on Lydiard. I enquired a few days prior about charging an EV and when I arrived I found that staff had reserved a car park for me next to the power outlet. Thanks! Great proximity to a row of Ballarat's great pubs, bars and restaurants too. I love the way the pool/spa has been incorporated into the building - such a shame it was inoperable. Still very happy to recommend though.

Very pleasant

Had a lovely stay at Heritage on Lydiard. Our room was at the back so very quiet, with secure off street parking. Very clean, spacious room. The only thing I would complain about, there was no soap holder in the shower, and there were blankets on the bed, which were quite heavy. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable and there were spare blankets and pillows in the cupboard. Would definitely stay again.
