This particular Microtel was clean, comfortable, and convenient and the hotel staff was very friendly and accessible. We would stay here again when in the area. . Definitely recommend keeping the second lock on the door at all times because despite the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the knob, housekeeping let themselves in without knocking. Never had that happen before.

I reserved but didn't stay at this property. I had to cancel and attempted to do so 3 weeks prior to my reserved date. I was told by Expedia that the manager at the location wouldn't accept my request so I had to file a credit dispute. I do not recommend staying there. If you cannot cancel 3 weeks ahead of time then you risk losing nearly $150 because some hayseed didn't want the inconvenience of having to book another customer during their peak season. I don't know who to blame actually, but Expedia blamed the property. So there.

We reserved a room through Expedia and when we got there, we got a different room that wasn't great for our family. They didn't have any rooms with 2 queens and a sofa bed which is what was advertised on the site. Buyer beware!

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed the quiet room! There is no pool, but it is a very comfortable and clean place to sleep.

The staff is great. The room is clean. The breakfast is basic but good enough. However, the bathroom door has a hole on it.

It was conveniently located near the Fonda Fair grounds. Staff was friendly everything was modern and clean. Perfect for what we were looking for which was a place to crash after a long day at the Rodeo. We will be back in two weeks!

Everyone was super, especially Morgan at the front desk. Only stayed 2 nights but she was very accommodating to my needs

When I arrived to check in, I stated that I needed to extend my stay by a day (leave Thursday instead of Wednesday). They couldn't accomidate me in the same room, which I understood, and told me to check out of my first room Wednesday morning and into my second room at the same time. Instead of what I requested, the front staff booked me a second room for Tuesday night and then tried to charge me a no-show fee on Wednesday morning when I went to switch rooms. I had also requested a room of the same cost, which they said they could do, then placed me in a more expensive room and charged me fully for it. I had been in town for a funeral and was too exhausted to fight it when I noted. Overall the service seemed shady.
