No hot water, no hair dryer, could use updates to flooring and painting.

I checked in for 2 nights on 5/22. This is the gist of it....dirty towels on back of bathroom door, homeless man and dog at breakfast, suspicious bugs in sheets on night 2, no hot water, being told I'd get a 20% discount for no hot water at check out and suspicious bugs were given to them. After no return call regarding bugs, I had to call them. A week later I finally reached the manager who told me she would give the 20% discount for water (only gave $20, not full 20%), an apology for dirty towels, and how to kill bedbugs if I have them. My travel bag is still in a trash bag cause I'm scared to open it.

Well first I paid for a ground floor room and got a 2 nd floor room. Then I’m in my room and someone else had a key to get in. I opened the door and the lady at the desk said oh I didn’t know anyone was in here. Then she calls me on the phone and says oh I put you I the wrong room but would not move me because I already walked in the room she gave me. Next I kept getting locked out of my room and had to go to the desk to get another this happened 3 times. Then to top it all off I went to take a shower and there was no shower curtain. Well I took one anyways and let them worry about the water on the floor. Would not recommend .

Clean and friendly service.

No hot water, they were in the middle of fixing it but they should’ve let it be known before I checked in

Friendly staff, quick check in and check out. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Great breakfast with nice variety. Will stay again

You get what you pay for (almost). Very basic, not clean, no shampoo provided.

The online booking process was easy and seamless. At check-in the agent was friendly and professional, and at checkout we requested a little more time and the same agent was kind enough to grant this request. Well worth the price Great location

Disappointed. bed bugs, no juice and only two things that looked very bad for breakfast. outside was very dirty with trash and cigarettes everywhere. manager has not called back, seem to be reachable or refunded room for the bed bugs yet!

The only thing I can complement the property on is that the mattress was extremely nice in the room. The breakfast offering was absolutely the worst i've ever seen. No working juice machine, no butter for toast. The hot food offering, I wouldn't feed my dog.

Surprised me with a $100 deposit fee

Was just there for an overnight passing through but room was nice and comfortable to sleep

The mattress and shower curtains are stained. There are damaged walls with black mold. There are dirty walls and the tvs never like to work. The parking is horrible. The construction crews take it up completely. That is horrible I couldn’t even park near my room I had to park at a restaurant and walk

Very clean

The only problem was one side of the curtain was halfway tore down, and I had to use hangers to be able to shut it so that nobody could see in my room

We were informed by someone staying there that some of the rooms had bedbugs so we chose not to spend the night. Our room had hand prints on one of the head boards, scufs and chips on the walls, and a cigarette burn on one of the window shades. Your staff was kind enough to issue us a refund for our room because we were uncomfortable staying there.
