We really enjoyed our stay at the Skeabost! The bartender, check in staff and wait staff were all very friendly! The view is magnificent and we walked all around the property after breakfast. Babbling brook, abandoned medieval ruins and a 9 hole golf course that is no longer in use. We loved our stay!

The staff was wonderful, the food amazing and the room clean and beautiful!

The room was quite dusty and the shelf behind the curtain was dirty and had cobwebs on it. Bathroom was clean but tub drained slowly. Staff at breakfast were lovely and accommodating and selection was great. Bar was adequate but not regularly staffed

This was like stepping back in time! The property was straight out of a movie! The bar was the best and Bella and Bob took great care of us! The rooms were very comfortable.

The staff here are BEYOND accommodating and friendly. They really helped to make the experience so wonderful. The room was clean and the bathroom was glorious… really wish I had time to use that tub! The grounds are very cute and I recommend eating at the restaurant. We had dinner there and it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was also very tasty :)

Everyone on the staff team was absolutely incredible and personable. Breakfast is delightful. If you get a chance, get afternoon tea. The experience absolutely worth it! Also, the room was really lovely. The team has upgraded us to a deluxe. That is the biggest room I have ever stayed in. Definitely worth the stay!!

The view from our room was a little disappointing, we booked a garden room, but the only window for the room also doubled up as the entrance and was overlooked by anyone walking between the main hotel and garden rooms. Aside from that the staff were friendly and welcoming - Sue was a pleasure at breakfast each morning!

Nothing to do. No fireplaces on and it was cold and rainy the bathroom shower You would be standing in 3 inches of water and it was small and not enjoyable.

We stayed in a Deluxe room with a phenomenal view of the loch. Room was quiet & well-kept with a comfortable bed. The hotel is a really great location, just 10 minute drive outside Portree. Staff was service-oriented & very friendly. We ate at the on-site restaurant every night b/c everything was delicious! Breakfast was also very good as well. The only negative was housekeeping... they did not do a very good job of tidying our room & we had run out of toilet paper that was not replaced... it was not enough to deduct a star, but worth mentioning.

This is a lovely property and was clean and overall well maintained. Staff could be more friendly. Dinner service was good. Room was lovely though no view. Quiet and relaxed.
