Great location convenient to old town

Everything about the stay was perfect! The location is right in the middle of town and close to a lot of fun restaurants and attractions l. It was really fun getting to tour the town and see a lot of beautiful places. The room was perfectly sized as well as quiet! The service was really appreciated as after a long day of traveling they were very accommodating to bring extra towels and pillows. Everything was extremely clean! They have a very reasonably priced small market for snacks, drinks and medicine at the front lobby and lots of fun art along the walls. Great complementary breakfast and pancake machine! Will be happy to stay here again!

Nice clean hotel nice staff

At first they have us the wrong room. We were to stay in a room with two queen beds, but we got an ADA room with one queen bed and small sleep sofa. We had driven for 6 hours and I really didn’t want my granddaughter to have to short on the sofa bed because she was tired from sharing the driving. About an hour after we checked in the had a cancellation and quickly switched us to that room which had two queen beds. Pool was ice cold, but clean. We made the most of it

It was alright. Front desk person was pleasant. Baked cookies was a nice touch. Pool was not open. Cost of stay was not worth it.

Did not know the pool and hot tub would not be available. Could not get a refund. Paid more money for this hotel for the pool and whirlpool

I gave the poor rating because the pool and hot tub were out of order and the front desk clerk did not even apologize for it. He was very rude to me and had the attitude ‘too bad so sad’. I paid extra money to stay at the property to use the hot tub after skiing. I paid about $100 more for two nights to have the hot tub that wasn’t available. I am very disappointed in the service and not being able to use the hot tub.

Clean rooms, pool was a good size for my kids to swim, had cookies and hot chocolate at night for my kids. Was quiet at night
