The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly! The room was very clean very clean bathroom awesome TV great beds!

No rubber bath mat in tub. Requested a mat but did not get

Its completly understanable to do upgrades or remodel. It should be posted on the property details though. Also they have a small indoor waterpark which is the main reason I chose the property. Again if one of the two slides is out of service it should be posted on the property details. The surface of the shower floor was dangerously slippery.

Overall great stay, would definitely stay there again. Great place for families

We checked in and went straight to our room, we discovered our tv was broken (wasn’t that big of a deal I just didn’t want to get charged for it when it wasn’t us) we called down to the desk and she sent maintenance right away and they got us a replacement in less then 20 minutes! Although it was wrestling weekend everything was maintained nice and breakfast definitely hit the spot and had lots of options.

Busy busy weekend in Gillette but the hotel stayed clean.

Lobby and breakfast area was always clean when we were there. Our room on the first floor was near the lobby but we were not disturbed by any noises. Our room was nice and beds were comfortable. We were there for a soccer tournament and the attached water park area was perfect for all our family of boys.

It was clean, fitted sheet did not fit the bed. Tv did not work but they did fix it immediately.

Everything was very clean-no complaints. Great location. Great breakfast. Loved having room cleaned each day.

The facility was well maintained

We came for the waterslide park for the kids, we liked the coffee the breakfast was typical of this level of hotel. We however had black mold growing on the walls of the bathroom which we got clorox wipes and tried to remove. The beds were sub par at best. I slept very little my wife about the same. The kids however had a blast with being in the pool everyday it was open. We unfortunately arrived to painting and restoration projects going on throughout the hotel. The pool was closed everyday of our 3 day trip for several hours. If we weee to do this again we would do one day here and the rest elsewhere.

Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean and updated. Pet poop not picked up around property from pet owners who were too lazy to clean up after their dogs

Easy access from I-90. Food and drinks near by. Did not have the breakfast but it looked good. The room was on the smaller size but very clean and quiet.

Hotel located in commerce area was very comfortable . Felt safe there room from travelers with trailers

We are traveling back home from the bad lands and mount Rushmore, custard park. We my brother and sister snd brother inlaw stayed here thotel is grezt breakfast was great.
