Busy area with a lot of traffic

Reserved a room using hotels.com and when we got to the hotel, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation nor could I get a hold of customer service. Don’t recommend using hotels.com

Get a odd numbered room and on east end of hotel away from freeway noise.

Excellent

Excellent customer service. However, I was disappointed about the cleanliness of my room - water stains on the console, bedspread stained dark brown.

I was food poisoned by a drink at the bar down stairs & I could not get any sleep with the noise of traffic.

Although access was confusing it was a great place to stay. Clean quiet convenient and a great breakfast!

It was well lit around the parking, however the elevator wasn’t working during our stay.

First day was pretty good but I wanted a room to be next to the elevator since we're on the 5th floor and I requested this but we end up getting the room at the end of the hall which it was far from the elevator but other than that our state was pretty good.

Just was nice stay the smell was amazing

Hotel denied our stay because they have policies that dint allow guests within 40 miles. I want my money back

It was the best night in our one week vacation. We appreciated the cleanliness space available, etc. and hope to stay here again

They overbooked our room for a king and sofa so we has to stay on a double queen.

Traffic noise was loud! Sleep in rom 401! West side traffic from I-25 load in this room!

Room was dusty, while I'm sure it was clean the shower floor could use better attention as it looked dirty.

Booked a room for my birthday so my 10 year old daughter and I could have a staycation. Paid for the room, showed up to check in and was turned away because we are “locals”. We were so excited to have a girls night and celebrate my birthday but walked away in tears. How could any company make such a hideous rule. We can’t get a hotel room because we live 7 miles from the hotel? ABSOLUTELY disgusted and disappointed! Thank you for ruining my birthday. I work 60 hours a week and was looking forward to this evening with my daughter.

Beautiful bar/lobby area and pool. Updated rooms for the age of the building. Comfortable bed and bedding and the staff was super friendly.

Big room, very clean, very good condition, easy parking
