This review is specifically for the "Once upon a time" restaurant at the hotel and the wonderful experience we had there. We opted for the tatsing menu and the food was decadently delicious and each course served with care. Prior to the meal, the servers (Rahul and Gaurav) carefully noted down our dietary requirements and went over each course with us to ensure that there would be no unpleasant surprises. Just the memory of the food still brings about a smile to my face. The live music - In our case, the best flautist we've had the pleasure of listening to, had the kids mesmerized the whole time. We visited on Rakshabandhan and the staff was kind enough to bring about a cake as a surprise for the kids ( brother and sister duo). All in all a perfect evening. Excellent service!

A special mention goes to Rahul K. at the Front Office. From the moment I arrived, Rahul ensured the check-in process was smooth, quick, and effortless. He was exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive to every detail, patiently answering all queries and making sure all room preferences were accommodated right away. His warm hospitality and proactive approach set a positive tone for the entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the dining options at the hotel were top-notch. Overall i like the stay in greenpark hotel and mid night biryani is my all time favorite when ever i visit greenpark hotel i will definetly eat mid night biryani. And a special thanks to front office associates Rahul.K and Namratha were very friendly and very professional. Rahul.K was very humble he helped me for reaching to my room.
