We went to a concert at Lincoln Park and it was close to the show

Hotel was easy to get to, and in good condition. We stayed 3 nights and had a great room. There is a nice BBQ restaurant next door to eat. Parking lot is about half gravel has some sizable potholes but easy to avoid. Breakfast was OK, but selection was limited. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Very very clean!

Overnight stay. No frills. The hotel was dated but clean. The bed was very comfortable. I even slept through a storm! Checkin staff was friendly. No coffee pot in the room. Overall a good stay. Would stay again

Just overall average for the area. Pricing was not though, a little high for this area and then to pay extra for a river view. A bit extreme if you ask me.

Decent property. Needs some TLC but was clean and beds were comfy.

Clean and staff was friendly. Not in a great part of town but we had no problems.

The room had bad older. The bathroom had rust on the sink. There was a big hole in the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast was terrible.

Older property. Room was ok - clean. But paint peeling in bathroom. Could use a new toilet seat! Overall, ok.

Front desk manager was very polite and helpful. For us this was a great vicinity to stop on larger road trip. Room was clean and we enjoyed the view of the Bay View bridge and River however, could use important easy building maintenance (particularly in bathroom) paint/trim etc. We ate at the Riverside Restaurant which was in same lot, again great location. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

Beautiful view of the Mississippi and the bridges. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent, free breakfast.

Perfect place for my family and me to stay while in town for a family reunion. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating, the indoor pool was warm, and we enjoyed the view of the river. Also loved having a great BBQ restaurant right at the same location.

Very clean and quiet

Our last stay 2 yrs ago we woke up to ants climbing on our bed and mentioned that when we checked in. We turned on air conditioner and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep- it was almost midnight when we arrived and did not want to change rooms as we had unpacked and already sprayed down the room with Lysol. Mod bought us a fan that was so dirty gross I just put it in the closet- didn’t need that dust or mites flying around the room. I. The morning taking a shower the water was past my ankles and my husband had to wait 15 mins for it to drain before he could shower….and it was stopped up to his ankles.

Rooms were tidy enough. Views from river-facing rooms are quite pretty. Staff was easygoing and nice. Did not get bed bugs.
