El hotel tiene instalaciones viejas y con mal mantenimiento, los colchones están viejos (incluso se sienten los resortes), en los baños el agua de la regadera y el lavamanos sale mal por el exceso de sarro en los dispositivos. Las cortinas no cierran bien y se mete la luz de las lámparas nocturnas y del sol por la mañana, lo que complica descansar. Esperábamos más de un Hotel Camino Real

Bien, solo me tocó mi cuarto con el piso roto, espero que lo arreglen

All Excelent just there was a very high volume music outside the hotel on Sunday at 7:00am that woke up us and didn´t let us sleep again

We have stayed here 3 times. Service is great. Location amazing. Unfortunately they are unable to keep up with the maintenance and their ability to upkeep with the progressiveness Pachuca is having. They showed me two different rooms and both floors were cracked and chipped. Hallway carpets dirty, mold in bathroom, safe was broken and usable. Will not be booking here again sadly.
