Great location for an early flight. Bed and bath were clean and staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very close to the airport, literally 10 mins max, but beware the shuttle bus takes £4 per way. The staff were really great, friendly and helpful, check in was smooth and the room was clean, tidy and relatively spacious. It has an iron in it, a TV, a couch, a desk and a double bed. The bathroom was good too, clean and well equipped. The morning buffet was ok, not so many options but would do. They really need to take care of the scent of the cutlery though, they’re perfectly clean but they smell awful.

Lovely hotel, ideal for early flight out and we stayed there on the way back home too. All staff were lovely and accommodating, even at 2am in the morning! Rooms big, clean and have what you need. We did not hear any noise from other guests and had a peaceful sleep. Breakfast is lovely too!

The hotel is very convenient if you are flying from Stansted Airport. It offers a light breakfast if departing before 6am and a full hot English breakfast thereafter. They also offer a transit shuttle ( £4.00 per person to and from the airport. No stress, everything is straight forward. We have stayed at this hotel and used the shuttle 3 time. Excellent organisation.

Convenient for airport,

Located only 3 minutes from Stansted Airport, the shuttle bus is 24 hours and runs every 30 minutes. Perfect choice if you have early morning flight. Breakfast it’s included in the price and starts at 4 am with takeaway service if your fly it’s early.

Reasonable stay for an overnight accommodation.

Staff were lovely but checked in for 4 people. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable you could possibly imagine. None of the sockets were working and we called reception and they told us they already know about it. They switched us rooms and this room smelt badly of smoke, the carpet's are filthy and stained and the bed had big stains on the sheets.

Being so close to the airport and good hotel

All the staff were excellent and made you feel welcome.

Very convenient for the airport with 24 hour shuttle. Clean with a small but well catered resteraunt. One minus point was I was unable to post a package from the front desk and was directed to go bavk the airport as the nearest podt box.

We had a little issue at check in with the room type, but the lady at the check in counter was kind and accommodating. And after a long flight that was very nice. Its a convenient location to stansted airport, with a shuttle that runs 24/7 for those ridiculously early flights. Would definitely recommend.

We had booked a standard room and the picture showed a double bed however we arrived and I got into the room and it was two single beds for me and my girlfriend, I went to ask if we could get a double bed as I said there was no option and they said a standard room gives you whatever there is available, when we got into the room the air conditioning did not work and it was far too hot in the room and we had to keep going outside just to get some fresh air and cool down and we got barely any sleep because of this.

Good food, breakfast was way better than I expected, the doors could do with some soundproofing where the door meets the frame as there’s quite a gap for noise to enter the room but other than that very happy with the room and Hotel.
