Clean, very good location

Delightful - excellent friendly service and gorgeous food! We had a delicious menu del dia style lunch, I really would recommend it. The room was very pleasant, the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. I'd say the decor could do with modernising but everything was spotlessly clean and maintained. We'll definitely be back, tremendous value and lovely staff.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The interior of the hotel has a modern esthetic. The breakfast spread was amazing and well worth the extra. Neverthess, the location is in a very isolated industrial area and the “parking” garage door did not work despite the front desk guy insisting it did - it was in the back of the building and they did not answer the buzzer when I tried to get their attention for the door not opening. Seems all the guests parked on the street so I don’t know why they insisted their garage was open. That was a minor annoyance- but in general, if you just need a quick place to stay it will suffice, otherwise there is really no overwhelming reason to choose this location.

Very accommodating staff

This is a modern hotel at a great location - 5 minutes from Alicante Airport, 15 minutes from Elche, and 25 minutes from Santa Pola. However, the hotel is located inside of an industrial park and there is no place you can walk to. Having a rental car is a must. The pros: a very nice swimming pool area, a good gym (albeit on the small side) with a full set of kettle bells (!), and a restaurant which is above average for a hotel. The cons: The mattress was very firm; for my taste uncomfortable. Also, some hardware in the bathroom was loose and close to breaking point. Lastly, the computer in the business office area was outdated and basically useless.

Brilliant airport hotel. The service is faultless. From the staff at check in to the staff at the breakfast buffet, they’re all brilliant, nothing is too much of a problem! Valentina is amazing and so is Ruben. I forgot the name of the guy on reception but he was so lovely also. My mum left her coat in the room and they saved it for us. Lovely people. Will definitely return.

Pet friendly which was great. Room large and clean but bed very uncomfortable with narrow pillows. Service at reception, cafe and restaurant was excellent but unfortunately the food was way below standard being only buffet style and either undercooked or overcooked and very noisy. As the hotel is set in the middle of an industrial estate there was no other option for food , drinks or coffee. Pool area seperate to hotel and only entered by leaving the hotel and going around the side. When finally found it was full of noisy children so i gave it a miss. The terry bar is also not accessible from the pool area. Very disappointing. But, as a quick overnight stay for the airport it was ok.

The property is very well kept, the lobby area very pretty and room was modern and clean. The staff at the front desk as well as the restaurant were outstanding.

Really enjoyed our last minute stay at this hotel, food was really good especially the 3 course lunch menu very tasty. We didn't go down to evening meal until later on about 9ish Nd by then food was just warm but was had good choices. I think water should be made available at every meal and not just breakfast but overall a good time loved pool and would stay here again

This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a 2.5 star hotel. The wifi went out and the tables and chairs in eating area were dirty. The re was mold in bathroom. The area is in a warehouse district and not walkable. With renovations, new furniture, and cleaner practices this could be a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel, lovely pool, lovely rooms with a fridge. Close to the airport, great for an overnight stay

Hotel is ideally situated for access to airport and overnight stay, room was comfortable and nice, have used few times before and would stay again. Unfortunately all food was only buffet style and not good, evening meal was really bad and vastly overpriced at €17, mostly poor quality and just warm ! In the past they used to have a menu evening meal which was pretty good! Would certainly not eat there again. Some of the staff were lovely but some should be sent to customer service school to improve their attitude to customers!
