Great property however check in was a hassle. The room was not ready, we were told to check back in 20mins. We came back in 45 after deciding to go to lunch nearby and the room was still not ready. Told to come back in 30mins. We came back in 30. and still not ready 🙄. Eventually we got our room and settled in well. Other than that, everything was decent and clean and breakfast was good. The gym facility while small was great as well.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

there was a staff gentleman who was exceptional! he was everywhere. sadly i dont know his name. he helped with the elevator, coffee and even helped guests clear their cars when we had unexpected snow! He was amazing! kudos to him!!
