Little no hot water in my room

Pillows too hard, need softer. Coffee machine didn't work. Staff was great and very helpful. Thanks for being dog friendly. We'll come again.

Great location to downtown, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

Very friendly staff. Generous complimentary breakfast offerings. Iced water, hot water (tea, apple cider, hot chocolate pkts) & coffee available all day/night in lobby. Loved the local historical displays and informative exhibit signage. We like carpet-free rooms, our room was. Room & bathroom overall very clean.

Adjacent to Grass Valley center and freeway. Every staff member I dealt with was very helpful and freindly. Everything worked in-room from the key-card to all lights to television and zapper. At night, you can see the movie marquee from downtown theatre. Will stay here again.

It would be nice to see a channel list in the room and Premium channels

First time stay and I would definitely return. I was very pleased when an early check in request was accommodated. Registration was easy and the staff person was welcoming.

I thought the breakfast was very good. Hotel was nice. My grandkids were disappointed there was no pool though LOL.
