Walls are paper thin. It was a weekend they had a lot of families with young kids staying and all were heard was screaming till late hours, and starting at 5. We checked out early as we were up…. Complained to front desk. Asked how our stay was. Said we barely slept, and clerk finished our sentence by saying “because of the kids”. No discount offered, no apology. We will not be staying again.

The hotel was wellsituated for what we needed. The hotel itself seems a little old in need of a spruce up

Had to cancel due to tournament being canceled and not needing the room. Hotels.com did not allow cancellation so we had to pay full price for a room we didn’t use, even though we tried to cancel 3 days in advance. Turns out you have to pay extra if you want to cancel within a week of your stay

Over all it was very good. The only negative was the kids running up and down the hall playing some sort of game. Kids will be kids but some supervision would have been nice.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I give an okay review on staff because I felt interegated by reception. The reception was not friendly and repeatedly asked me if there were others joining us. I had reserved for myself and my granddaughter during a children’s festival. What is odd about that? The rest of the staff were accommodating

Unfortunately, the carpets were wet when I walked in the room. I got my socks, all wet and it stunk. I did try calling, but there was no answer at the front desk. Unfortunately, by the time they called me back I’ve already lied down and fell asleep after driving many hours. I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times. This is the first time I’ve had an issue, but I probably won’t return.

Wonderful staff! Rooms are getting quite rundown. Multiple stains on carpet. A/C very noisy. Bathroom fan squealing. Restaurant consistent and hotel convenient location. Very fair price. Have stayed many times.

The property conveniently has a restaurant on site but because of that there are no microwaves which was greatly inconvenient to me. They also didn't have a recycling bin on site for my paper or beverage containers. Other than that the property is excellent.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Most disappointing thing about this hotel was that I was looking for a hotel with EV charging. Under amenities it stated that it did have charging stations but not that they cost to charge your vehicle

No free breakfast. Furniture getting a bit shabby. Garbage cans were tiny . Beds were comfy. Staff friendly.

The front desk staff were very helpful and polite.

Always friendly and accommodating. I enjoy staying there and will continue to stay there when I come To Edmonton
