We used Rockville Centre Hotel as our base of operations while visiting family and friends all over Long Island. Our room was very comfortable, and our bathroom was sparkling clean. We used the pay laundry facility to wash our clothes. Breakfast was typical hotel hot buffet. We availed ourselves of their free shuttle service to the Long Island Railroad station in Rockville Centre and didn't have to walk or use Uber. We'll definitely stay here again!

In three days they never made up the room or changed towels. The place looks run down and sad.

The property is definitely dated; stayed there many times over the years (when it was a Holiday Inn Express); this time, the room was in need of updating, the drains stuck, some electrical outlets didn't and the TV screen was the size of a desktop monitor

The room was perfect

Welcoming front desk staff. Comfortable beds, good room size. Well stocked complimentary breakfast. Huge bonus is the complimentary shuttle service and friendly drivers to/from JFK.

Only issues were ice machine not working and issue getting volume on live tv.

room was clean but for the price of the stay, furniture needs to be upgraded. Service was excellent and the staff was friendly. The hotel definitely has a family atmosphere.

Stayed with my husband and my son at this hotel and we loved the safety, quietness and friendliness of staff. Excellent shuttle service to and from.the airport and the mall. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good very clean and good food

The hotel was comfortable for a short stay. Good location. Breakfast was nice. Could use some refresh and upgrades overall. Expensive for what it was, but cheaper than other nearby options.
