Spacious room, easy self service parking. Nice staff, cleaning staff were prompt & kind. Easy access to the city. 15 min Drive from Central Park. I plan to stay here again.

It was fine.

The heat wouldn’t work . But everything else was fine

Made a reservation on Hotels.com light I have done 100 previous times. . The rude front desk person who checked in my gf was asking for a cc to be put on file. When I spoke to her I explained that I always use hotels.com and never needed other cc she had an attitude towards me, explaining she always travels and always need another cc on file especially when she goes to Atlantic City, so back and forth for 5 minutes, she abruptly hands the phone to my gf and then didn’t want to speak to me so I could give a cc over the phone ( forcing my gf to have her friend use her card) WHICH HER CARD WAS NEVER USED) I will have seconds thoughts about using this hotel in the future and have told my group to let everyone know about this. With all the cc fraud these days going around!

I opted for the "premier city view" room for an extra $30 over a standard king room but the view was of a vacant lot next to a concrete plant. 😒 So "premier". Also the older mini fridge was a little loud kicking in at night. Anyway other than that everything was fine. Clean room, clean sheets, spacious bathroom. Staff in the lobby was polite.

Oh the bathroom there was mold along the borders of shower and walls. Better care should be taken.

The room was definitely clean. It was easy to get to. It wasn’t as noisy. The staff was very friendly and kind and easy-going from checking in and from checking out I will definitely will be staying here more often. It’s one of my favorite hotels to stay at, and it’s easy to get into the city and out of the city from.
